I am sorry I have to leave a bad review on an app which has great filters. ism doesn't work anymore - it crashes the second it loads and messes up my phone (11 pro max).

Hardly any filters available without paying for a subscription and after doing my first photo it just crashed the rest of the time.

At first I was impressed with the quantity and variety of filters, but after paying the money for the Pro version, I expected to have Pro results.
The end product is sub-par at best. Low resolution pictures. I thought there was a setting but nothing. I actually wrote to customer support and am still waiting for a response. I wish I could get my money back. Very disappointed!

Saw this from an Instagram ad and thigh, why not?
It’s trash, that’s why. Lol. There are only a few filters you can actually use, none of them are great. And most of the time ism won’t even load them- every time I tried to use one it took forever to load or said it was having trouble using the filter.
It’s just not worth your time.

But…… ism was advertised to me as an alternative camera app that was able to do film and all the other kind of thing. It showed me being able to take a photo on ism , I’m not sure how to describe it but it’s not the same app. No I didn’t download the wrong one, I downloaded ism off the video add

I have accepted this to have access to all photos but when I click one ao want it says it is limited and I even have restarted ism and deleted it

the ad I saw showed that we could take photos in ism itself, with a really cool zoom in feature. When i open ism , where is the feature? Really sad, only downloaded it cause I thought that was cool. The filters are ok and only work in certain kind of pictures. Meh.

This editing app is sub par at best. Not to mention it’s locked behind subscription walls, which are $20 or $30. Not enough app to be asking for money like that.

Great app, I love the way it makes my photos look but for some reason when I choose a new template ism closes. ism is not working properly

I like the filters, but there are WAY too many of them and difficult to save and use your favorite ones. Will not be paying after trial bc I like to make my life simple not complicated

ism has pretty decent filters but, imo, too many. there is a bookmark/favorite feature BUT there isn’t a user friendly way to effective go through them. too much back & forth. still giving it the benefit of the doubt to get better.

You had the Lightroom presets included. Why did you remove that ?

Updated it, deleted it and still crashes

I love the filters and the navigation process but one, I wish I could import multiple pictures to the gallery to edit and two, Ive noticed the quality of my image lowers when I apply any filter. It becomes pixelated and blurry in ism and in the gallery after it has been saved. Kinda regret buying the pro pack for this reason.

Great app for my photography gives me all the tools I need for editing with no paying or extra stuff to it.

I rarely write reviews but they've been releasing so many unique and trendy filters, I'm hoping this review keeps them motivated.
