It's frustrating that you pay for a service that doesn't even work. Apple needs to remove WhoOnline. Now I have to try and get a refund which most likely will not happen. I wish It would let me rate as no stars

App didn’t work purchased the 7days two members subscription but didnt work

Are used to use WhoOnline and loved it a year ago. But for the past six months has not been working and every time I try it again to see if it works. It just charges me but WhoOnline does not work at all. Frustrating.!!! No one answers are on the support line.

I got WhoOnline 2 days ago and nothing happens. Sent emails and received automatics response. This is fake. Don’t pay for this

Thieves they took my money and it’s not working above of that they made you pay then they will give you the conditions thieves I want my money back!!!!!!

Ask to pay before any kind of explanation of what is offered. Never worked and I could tell it was a scam. Put in for refund.

I just installed it was charge $4.99 and it not working at all it didn’t tell the time the person got online. The person was online and it dont show nothing needs improve disappointed

WhoOnline doesn’t work properly and it has no good technical support; it takes so much time to show tracking data of the number you have added and most of the time the service is down;

Don’t waste your money on this

I’ve had apps like this for WhatsApp in the past that worked but this doesn’t work… at all. I’ve tried putting in the number of a friend who sat next to me and went on while I watched and it doesn’t say anything. Total waste of money.

Your app does not work, I put my number to test and I have been numerous time online and NOT once you have send or marked any of my log in! This is garbage

It works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t. Paid for a week and it’s worked one day.

Does not have sound when person is online or off line . The time is off by 2 hours in the USA

Worked well for about a week then stopped, and the time is not local.

They make you pay 1st you won’t know it doesn’t work. I’m real not tech savvy tho. Couldn’t get anyone to really help or explain either.

I downloaded WhoOnline to help me track and locate a device, it gave me the necessary exposure I needed with my findings but not to my satisfaction. I was hurt when all this information came to my mind. I felt so bad and the fact that I hated infidelity even after I was loyal to him. Well, I'm glad I contacted the investigator for providing me with this credible information and accurate results with my findings. I had no regrets for still discovering the truth. I am writing this here because it could benefit anyone who needs this help or maybe in my situation. It doesn't work anymore. Contacting the helpline doesn't works. Every time same auto reply which says to scan a code but there is no code generated. Waste of money.
