Recently I was forced to download Vodsey because it didn't allow me to enter into Zefix. I have a year's subscription with Zefix but now that I had to switch I mow get ads. How to I transfer my remaining time over to this app? Thanks.

I was charged for a weekly and monthly subscription and woukd like to be refunded. I only signed up for montly, but do not wish to subscribe at all. It will not cast to any of my tvs. Waste of money.

Hello, … We recently purchased a year subscription to your Zefix Movie streaming site. Once purchased, the ads were removed and everything works great. Our question is: How can I get Zefix to play movies without ads on my wife’s phone? I purchased a year subscription on my iPhone and would like for my wife to view them on her phone as well, how can we do this? Thank you in advance.

I got on the app like normal and for some reason it just wont play the movies. Like my internet is slow or something. ( which it's not) I tried restarting my phone, closing the app, force stopping it, etc
