BroadwaySanDiego downloads but won't open. Deleted and reinstalled multiple times. Had to get ticket from Ticketmaster account and add to wallet since all paper tickets have been eliminated.

… try uninstalling, restarting your phone, then downloading from BroadwaySanDiego Store again. That worked for me (XR and current iOS) and at least one other reviewer. It is unforgivable to release an app in this condition and tell season ticket holders to rely upon it.

As many other reviews mention, BroadwaySanDiego doesn’t even open. With all the emails we’ve received asking us to install BroadwaySanDiego , this is pretty absurd.

I downloaded BroadwaySanDiego but then it disappears when I try to open it. Tried it several times.I hope the system improves quickly so that I have a way to download tickets.

I’m a season ticket holder, and after the latest app update it literally says I have no tickets. I have a show today, it’s Saturday, and all phone lines are only open M-F. What a disaster.

Downloaded app and it immediately crashed. I’m fine with the venue requiring mobile tickets, but fix it before the shows return this week!

The developers failed to check the login screen on all phones. The login button is overwritten by useless bottom of the page text. You can’t click on the button!!! Utterly useless!

Have downloaded BroadwaySanDiego 3 days in a row, several times each day, and I also cannot get it to open. I tap BroadwaySanDiego and it tries to open then disappears. I too am deleting it. I hope they fix it before I need my tickets!!!

I have downloaded it twice and it does not work. I have followed all the steps they suggest, and now I’m worried we’ll be late if we have to get tickets from will call. The old system worked just fine, this is insane.

I have downloaded and deleted BroadwaySanDiego three different times and I’m unable to get BroadwaySanDiego to open. I agree with other reviewers that the makers of BroadwaySanDiego need to be aware of this malfunction as this is the way that season ticket holders received their tickets. Please fix BroadwaySanDiego !

BroadwaySanDiego does not work. If you try to sign in on the main screen, there is text for the login that is overlaid on other text, so you cannot login. If you follow all the steps to remedy the login problems, they don’t work. If you go to season-ticket holder’s sign in, you can sign in that way and if you were lucky see your tickets. However, if you click the button to “add to Apple wallet “then it’s spins for a minute and then you get a whole bunch of pages of garbled characters, and it does not put a ticket in the wallet. Tried it many times different phones and it does not allow tickets to go into an Apple wallet. I can only imagine what a nightmare this is for some senior patrons and others who are not smart phone or tech savvy, as it does not work at all like advertised.

Downloaded BroadwaySanDiego and it won’t open. Deleted it, re-downloaded, and it still won’t open. Tried several times. Have never had this issue with an App before. Please fix very soon, the season just started and need to access tickets.

Downloaded BroadwaySanDiego three times to get my season tickets. It will NOT open. I have since deleted BroadwaySanDiego , and hope that with enough people will complain so I will be notified it has been fixed before trying to download it again. I have never had this happen with any other app ever.

Terrible app. Every time I try to use it to access tickets I have already paid for, I have to delete, power-down phone and reinstall multiple times. Absolutely terrible app. Nederland we should give us an option to snail-mail paper tickets. This is terrible service and will make me reconsider renewing subscription next season.

I waited to review, after downloading a few weeks ago and BroadwaySanDiego just crashing. I was hoping they would have it fixed before any shows opened. Came back today, downloaded again, same issue. I just want people to know that this is still an issue. With hairspray opening soon, people need a heads up on how else to get their tickets.

BroadwaySanDiego would not allow me to sign in. I tried all the fixes that were advised. Delete, restarted phone, then reloaded BroadwaySanDiego . My husband experienced the frozen screen when he tried to add the tickets to his Apple wallet. We made screen shots of our tickets, but those were not accepted by the theater. We ended up getting our tickets from Will Call. Unfortunately with the required wait time going in and out of security we ended up being late for the performance. We have spent entirely too much time on this useless app.

App works perfectly. Great to have all my tickets in one place. Has all the show and venue info as well. Excited for this season!

iPhone 10 max user here and had a great experience with the new app. Within BroadwaySanDiego you can tell the quality of detail and informations. Bravo!

I, too, had downloaded BroadwaySanDiego and had to delete because it wouldn’t open. Have tried to download again and now it will not even download at all. Marcia B.
