Why spend $6.99 on a Live Photo app when you could spend it on literally anything else. If $6.99 is the cost of convenience for you in finding a Live Photo to set as your wallpaper, go figure. For the same cost you could help the homeless, you could have a second drink with your Wendy’s 4 for 4, you could even spend that amount on a car wash for your Camry with 213,000 miles on it. The possibilities are endless with that $7 you’re debating on spending, but they go towards a brief animation with negative functionality if you spend it here on this page. Put that $6.99 in savings and rob the developers of a liter of gas in their Maserati. My son could paint more valuable art for my wallpaper and he’s legally blind.

A nice app for the price - a $6.99 one time fee - but there are some bugs that need to be worked out; for example: during initial setup, you select which version Apple Watch you have and are told that only faces applicable to your watch will be shown. Not true! I have a newer version (Series 6) and not one New Year face was compatible with my watch - yet all were shown. I ran across this same issue in other categories. Disappointing.
Would also be nice to have more sport themed faces…

When I add a face, it wants you to click a button on whether you like the watch face or not. I literally just added it, how do I know yet? Huge problem is there is ONLY a yes button. No way to swipe it away without answering the question, no x to close it out. It is FORCING me to click yes. I have to either click the button saying I like it or close the whole app out and go back in. Also, some of the colors are muted on the watch (not like in WatchFacesGallery1 ). I never purchase apps and I’m regretting this already and it’s only been 15 minutes.

I was hesitant to purchase watch faces not developed by Apple and WatchFacesGallery1 is the reason why. Don’t get me wrong, WatchFacesGallery1 has a lot of great variety and clever ideas. But they’re simply not executed well. Faces that appear to have black backgrounds are still light when you make them a watch face. The animation is poorly done. My guess is because you’re uploading it as a picture. If you’d like variety in your watch faces, this is WatchFacesGallery1 to get. If you’re looking for the same quality as the apple developed watch faces, you can skip this one.

Like most others who have complained about the $6.99 banner to open WatchFacesGallery1 , I had the same issue. I was thinking though that WatchFacesGallery1 might have been worth it cause the cost was very reasonable compared to a lot of other watch apps on the market. In hindsight it’s not!!! The “TECH” faces are just photos and I see support for WatchFacesGallery1 telling people that they can help them get it to work but it’s a photo come on! Then I’m seeing a bunch of faces that are in the native watch app passed off as their collection. I wondering how apple hasn’t pulled the scam app already. So in review don’t waste your time or money on WatchFacesGallery1 VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

I don’t mind apps that have in-app purchases. That said, you can’t even test one face without buying it. How do I know how this works/looks without at least letting me try it? I am not saying everything should be free but the developer should at least allow some type of evaluation or test, especially given that you can’t get a refund for in-app purchases. Thanks but no thanks. Developer needs to re-think this business model. I would have likely purchased if I could have TESTED it. Deleting it now.

I really prefer to pay a one time fee instead of being billed monthly. Solid job of choices to pick from and very easy to install onto your watch. Thank you

WatchFacesGallery1 is useless and the Developers have hired a bunch of Bozos who feel they can feed you crap answers of no assistance, collect a paycheck and go home and pick their noses while feeling accomplished! Get real! Explain how to use WatchFacesGallery1 ! Explain how to change your watch model! Quit tricking us into buying without trying! Explain it in clear and understandable language (English is my preference) OR quit ripping people off! APPLE, you should be ashamed to have allowed this product to rip people off for so long!

Not happy that you have to purchase WatchFacesGallery1 to get started, and find out later in the very fine print that there is an indiscrete “skip” option so that I could’ve reviewed WatchFacesGallery1 before wasting the money to buy. I have a dinosaur watch (the original), and WatchFacesGallery1 offers very few options, and there were numerous bugs in attempting to download the few options available. Nevertheless, I literally got nothing from WatchFacesGallery1 but a charge for the purchase. It’s now been deleted.

WatchFacesGallery1 is pretty and easy to use. That being said, the faces are still held to the parameters of the standard watch faces. The complications are the same and not as they are presented. You get about a half second animation with the faces which are otherwise just pictures. Price point is okay comparatively, but I honestly wouldn’t have bought it if I saw it on someone else’s phone or watch.

I was only trying to look at app when a purchase charged my card. I tried to cancel right away but no way to cancel and ask for refund the only email I found does not work. I didnt use WatchFacesGallery1 and want a full refund with no way to reach out to you this is why I leave this review, I would imagine if I did use WatchFacesGallery1 and something was wrong how are you supposed to reach out when you only method to contact support doesnt work. Please refund me.

I found one free one, the second one I tried, and it’s pretty cool. I really don’t like paid apps for this type of thing. It’s all cosmetic, and the ones the watch comes with is enough. If you can happen to find a neat free face it’s worth the download though. 4/5 since none of the others I want are free. Have a wider range of free faces.

I paid for full access of your app & to be able to create a watch face using my own background but when I try to use the portrait portion there’s only pictures you have selected to use. If I don’t find a resolution I’ll request a refund. Otherwise it’s a nice app.

I just have tiny bit problem. Can anyone pls. Lmk how do I set up the step target or counter?? Idk if it’s just a wallpaper only maybe that’s why it won’t work or am not doing something right. Thanks in advance.

Just downloaded, needed more time with it but i had a fib bit before my Apple Watch and I loved here watch face’s they had for free or purchase! So this is more like it!! I just would like to able to have my steps on it a a few other’s things so I need to work with this

As the subject reads, I was super excited to have followed an Instagram ad regarding WatchFacesGallery1, I was like “yes this is what I have been waiting for”, a iwatch app with many faces and some of them actually “moves”. So you should have seen the disappointment in me when non of the moving/interactive faces actually moved when chosen. There goes my excitement, any I don’t want a refund or anything, just disappointed. Oh yea BTW my watch is series 6.

This is an ap you need to pay for, but it isn’t much and it’s only once. You can share it with your family. You can change the face of your watch very easily. And they are so cute!

The one thing I really didn’t like was the original faces that came with watch. I love this set a lot!
Different designs and colors, and holidays! Definitely worth the one time $6.99 for life!

I wish you had some faces that a person could use more than two functions. I need to put more on the faces than the time, date, and just get one more function like messenger. I like the steps walked, and bpm, as examples. The faces are beautiful now, but I’m not going to keep it

So fun to be able to change the watch face to fit your mood. Love there is something for each season. Plus, ones that are just pretty and fun.

WatchFacesGallery1 has soooo many awesome choices and even allows you to create your own watch face! You can’t lose! Absolutely LOVE WatchFacesGallery1!!!😀

I had a bad experience at first then it was result and the only reason why I get four stars is because of the frustration I had to go through at first but other than that it works and I love it

Please don’t waste your money you can get pictures for your watch anywhere for free. Theses watch faces are just pictures they don’t do anything but waste money and tried to ask for a refund 10 minutes after downloading and I can’t even get a response. PLEASE DON’T WASTE Your Money!!!

Everything about it is crap. They just got Me for $7. Here’s a warning so they don’t get you. Do not waste your money or time. Developers. If you reading this, I’m not happy with your product. If you’re even a little concerned, refund Me what I paid and I’ll delete this review. But really, don’t waste ya money. Move on to anything else but this.

Best watch face app I've tried! Choose the one you like and it appears on your watch

It was so easy to do. I had purchased another app but could not make it work.

I have a series 1 watch that is up to date yet when trying to use the faces it tells me it’s “not compatible with my current watchOS”. Tried reaching out to the developer through WatchFacesGallery1 and keep getting a return email stating my email was undeliverable. Worst experience I’ve had paying for an app.
