I’m not sure how you take a bad app and make it even worse but you did it. Videos don’t play, app freezes, etc. I needed this for softball but I guess I won’t bother re-upping my subscription. Do everything better.

OklahomaSooners functions okay until it comes to ticket management. Added tickets to the wallet, selling, or transferring them does not work. How is someone supposed to get into a venue with electronic tickets if OklahomaSooners never works?

I also wish when you looking at your tickets there was a back button. Have to exit go look at each game separately

For a major college OklahomaSooners is awful. The videos stop 3 sec into the video and engage to play. Can’t watch softball games, charge more get less. It’s embarrassing I continue to invest

I’ve had OklahomaSooners for two years. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it several times. Will not play videos on iPad. Says it will. Won’t.

The football schedule doesn’t say if games are home or away. And the results say all the previous games were away. Weak. 🤷‍♂️

Won’t open so how am I supposed to get my digital tickets???

downloaded the new app and now unable to sign into my ticket account through OklahomaSooners , even tried resetting my password and still no good. app support link does not work as well

It’s apparent by my experience & the experiences of others who have reviewed OklahomaSooners that u can’t do even an average job. Good softball game today….no info available. I quit using OklahomaSooners several months ago because of poor football coverage. Thought I’d try again. Another fail

I am a subscriber.

I can play live events.

It won’t play On-Demand video, it freezes after a few seconds. It freezes at exactly the same spot every time, on every video. Same on multiple devices.

I can and do go to the website and watch on-demand video. So, OklahomaSooners is not good and apparently they don’t care.
