I just newly got my iPad fixed and I don’t know if that’s apart of it but when I make a shirt it does not let me upload it. When I try to press the download button after I’m done making the shirt, it freezes and puts up a reload button and then closes the app, it does not let me download it. I restarted my device and tried to delete the app but it doesn’t let me delete the app.

The shirt I made doesn't download correctly - an example being that I wanted a crop top with short sleeves, but when I download the final result it shows a full length tee with one long sleeve and one short sleeve

Wen i open makerblox the screen was black and i tray deinstall and install but it did not work.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Makerblox app issues:

Force Stop the Makerblox App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Makerblox app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Makerblox to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Makerblox App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Makerblox app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Makerblox.

Fix Makerblox unable to contact server/ Makerblox internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Makerblox » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Makerblox » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Makerblox on android.
