Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever BP app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix BP app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BP app on iPhone
Update BP app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BP iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BP on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BP network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix BP not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent BP app issues:

Force Stop the BP App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click BP app. » click "Force Stop".

Update BP to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BP App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "BP app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch BP.

Fix BP unable to contact server/ BP internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click BP » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got BP » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BP on android.
