How to fix Socialyzer app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Socialyzer app on iPhone
Update Socialyzer app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Socialyzer iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Socialyzer on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Socialyzer network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Socialyzer Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Socialyzer not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Socialyzer App
1. On android, goto Settings » Socialyzer » click [Force Stop]

Update Socialyzer to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Socialyzer App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Socialyzer » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Socialyzer.

Fix Socialyzer unable to contact server/ Socialyzer internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Socialyzer » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Socialyzer » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Socialyzer
