Saw a recommendation for KellyNow on social media. Downloaded and signed up. It asked for a ton of personal information, which seemed fine because it’s nothing an employer wouldn’t ask. BUT… I got registration successful emails from them, and the email address is serveture.com? Then I go to serveture.com and it’s not a secure website? Then I go to the official Kelly Services website and I’m not registered there? Could be me being paranoid, but it seemed suspicious to me. I deleted my account and KellyNow immediately, but now I’m afraid that some scam website has my personal information. I would proceed with extreme caution if you are downloading KellyNow.

I hate investing energy into KellyNow because I have never gotten a call back that would lead to a promising outcome or start date through this company, but I’m desperate for a job and to make money.

Y’all don’t even check KellyNow to help people with work opportunities!!! It’s like the blind leading the blind

Be aware of KellyNow, they take your personal information including ssn and then you wint be able to login back

Apparently the ONLY two places there is Bristol and some where else n you will never be hired.

I can’t accept any assignments because KellyNow doesn’t allow me to reset my password.

After they get your personal information as far as your social security number and ID you will never hear from them again. It’s a scam

A recruiter has never reached out to me. Anytime a job is available and I tried to accept or take interest in the job, It states the job is unavailable. I’ve just been really unsuccessful with KellyNow.

Typical application process before any jobs are shown. (Upload diploma, Resume, List previous jobs, background check, etc) After completing 30+ steps app kicked me out and requires I resubmit it all over again…

Today is August 8, 2023 for 2 Days I have called the Detroit Office on West Grand Blvd. not 1 Person Answers the Phone. I have called at 8:30 am & Later. Kelly Services if you read this Comment Please have a Human Answer the Phone, this not good Business Relations for the Corporate Office.

Took almost 6 months for onboarding to complete (most of my time spent waiting) and I’ve been offered ONE job in a state I no longer live in. I needed work when I downloaded KellyNow . If I’d known it’d take this long I wouldn’t have even bothered. Why does processing take so long?

KellyNow asks which state you’d like to work in and they don’t even have the option to chose California what even is that? I got the message saying it would be easier to use KellyNow and they don’t even have the option to choose jobs in the state I live in which is mad ridiculous in my opinion and it does not let me move forward without choosing a state but how can I move forward and they don’t have my state ?

I am a little on both sides of KellyNow being great and helpful. But then also it not working out of being responsive. They do have a lot of available jobs with great variety. But I have applied to multiple jobs a while ago up to now and have had nothing come back. No interested jobs. Nothing. I qualify for a lot of these positions but haven’t had any luck

Why discontinue one app to invest in a useless one

It’s cool to look at the jobs available but I click interested I never hear back.

I haven’t used KellyNow long enough to evaluate its various features, but when I navigate away from it for any reason, a “Searching…” box appears, followed by several seconds of a revolving circle. This wouldn’t be a problem, except that the onboarding process has about 50 forms that have to be acknowledged in another app, so… one delay after another. Unless I have some setting wrong. You’d think this would be easy to fix.

The Kelly Now app is okay but it could use improvements relating accessibility for VoiceOver screen readers (for the blind)on the iPhone. When I created the account the radio button options are not able to be selected individually and when KellyNow loads it will repeat "searching" while I try to use touch gestures to navigate the screen. I have to wait until the word "searching" stops repeating to use it. I also noticed when inputing work experience there is no autosave feature because when I leave KellyNow to find experience on my resume KellyNow restarts and I have to put in the work experience all over again. Also when inputting dates (for education and work experience) the calendar option remains open when I input the date manually and I have to close the calendar section in order to move forward with VoiceOver. Regarding the industry options I did not see technology as an an available choice (perhaps the choice of Digital Accessibility Analyst/Accessibility Analyst/Web Accessibility Analyst can be added to the job options within the technology industry option). I also selected marketing and within this list selected content creation/social media managing as an option but I was not able to choose this as a verifiable career option. Dark mode would be a great feature to have also. Thank you for considering my suggestions.
