I am often having to click "retry" or play" five six or more times before game will play (yes I am patient between clicks). Sometimes when I click play the screen just closes all together and other times the game does load but either there is no visible next marble or the row of marbles coming out are doubled and you can't play.

Close and restart the Marble Master app on iPhone
Update Marble Master app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Marble Master iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Marble Master on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Marble Master network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Marble Master Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Marble Master not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Marble Master App
1. On android, goto Settings » Marble Master » click [Force Stop]

Update Marble Master to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Marble Master App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Marble Master » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Marble Master.

Fix Marble Master unable to contact server/ Marble Master internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Marble Master » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Marble Master » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Marble Master
