Not able to watch the semi finals in PKs because other kids were kicking the ball across the field

Keeps giving this error :”Oh,no! Something went wrong on our side. Please try again later.” It’s has been going on for at least a week maybe even longer. Probably since the update.

I’ve made an account to watch the games live and I still can’t see anything.

Having Veo Live is worse than not having it at all. You get such false hopes that you will be able to watch the game. But then, the camera always looses connection. I cannot remember a game that we have been able to watch past 25 minutes. The owner of the camera is always on the phone with the help desk and they are never able to provide a solution. If there is another option to provide live streaming for games, go with that!

I watch a lot of games on a lot off apps. This is by far the worst one I’ve seen. It plays a about a minute or two of a game, then freezes up. Then I reload the game. It starts back at the beginning. I have to fast forward to get it back to live. Then it plays another minute or two and then does the same thing over and over. I’ve tried it on 2 phones and 2 iPads. My internet connections are great, so it’s not my internet. I’ve never had any problem with any other apps even when I watch them on cell service without home internet. Tried to get it live on my computer but am not able to without creating an account just to get to submit a ticket. Support is terrible. Worst app ever! 0/10 and 0stars. I gave one because it the lowest I could go.

Trying to watch lacrosse on VeoLive is a nightmare. First off even getting to watch never works. Always just try’s to take you to VeoLive Store even if you already have VeoLive . Then you can’t search for the team you’re looking for. Second the tracking is horrible. It loses the ball/action constantly and is just looking at the other side of the field. If you are a lacrosse team. Please look somewhere else to stream.

I could sign in once but rn it says it's unable to sign in with my credentials. I tried changing my password but it still has the same problem. I could connect to Veo Camera App with the same credentials but Veo Live couldn't.

The options to look up teams in your state is impossible. They should have an option to view all the teams by state or city. Makes it difficult to find local stuff

Having a parent use this cell phone and stream on Facebook is 100% more reliable than VeoLive. I can not believe it has so many good reviews. Trash.

The audio just randomly stops working. The video is fine. Audio is almost nonexistent.

I’ve had this for a long time and this is the first this is happening. It kicks me out VeoLive before I can see anything. Should I just reinstall it?

Veo Live app has no devices available for me to cast from my iPhone 13 pro max to FireStick even though on other apps have devices available. Leads me to believe it is an issue with Veo Live app.

Quality picture, but did not stay with play… camera did not keep ball in picture 10% of time.

For the purposes of following the game as spectators…we cannot follow, see the score, identify readily team or individual players. Probably not the equipment’s fault.

I love watching my grandson play. I live in California and I get to see my grandson playing soccer , he’s in Arkansas well he playing Kansas City I think. I wish it was a little closer, I guess, depending on the field some are much closer. that’s the only drawback. But watching him play live amazing thank you for the service.

I would give 5 stars except for loses signal too many times when watching live.

Pros: Reliable streaming, 720p video quality
Cons: 720p looks more like a 420p quality and no choice to change it to a better quality. Notifications is unreliable

Need the ability to zoom in, on a phone it’s really hard to see what is happening.

it cuts out sometimes

I use it for soccer during her games so when we’re on the opposite side of the field it’s hard to see but other than that it moves on track and helps a lot.

Great system when it works but too many Wi-Fi issues with the camera and miss parts of games.

I watch my grandson , Isaiah Kaakoush, every game ! As his Grammy this is amazing I can watch him every game! Thank you to the powers that be!!!

Thank you so much for developing VeoLive so I can watch my only daughter playing football all the way from Oregon USA. Really brilliant work.

I am not able to travel for my grandsons game I’m so happy to have it live on my phone.

Because of Veo live I have gotten a lot better at soccer. I would highly recommend it if you have a kid on a soccer team.

Veo is just getting better and better. The quality has gotten much better since the last version and once they lineup the AI to track action a bit quicker, it’s gonna be awesome to see these games live.

Sooo cool to watch my granddaughters playing in Madrid while I’m in California

Would love the ability to zoom

Thanks to VeoLive, I got to see my son’s game winning goal in a tournament. Really good video quality too!
