Though at first glance it may just seem like a game where the faster you tap, the faster you go, the physics behind it are actually really fun. The running has a learning curve that is exciting to conquer, and the leaderboards are an attainable goal as the game is small enough to climb rankings easily. I paid the 99 cents to get rid of ads and add character customization and I think it’s worth it. Really fun and I’m spending way too much time on it. Really hope the devs add updates and flesh it out even more because this is honestly one of my favorite games on SpeedStars Store. 10/10 shoutout to TikTok too

Really fun game, you always are trying to find out how to improve your time. However, the graphics are very crude and the customization screen is difficult to maneuver and just straight up glitchy sometimes. If you don’t pay, the ads are pretty overwhelmingly constant, but you can just go to Airplane Mode to avoid them. Overall I definitely recommend this game, it’s a lot of fun, but I do hope they implement new features and improvements.

I don’t know if this is just me or not but most of the time after I run one or two races the game really starts to lag. No matter where im at it lags after one or two races. Other than that I really like the game and how it makes u want to get faster and beat your own record.

Either make the game easier or get rid of the update bcuz all you did besides add some accessories was make the game unnecessarily harder than it needed to be or show us how to play the game and not some vague explanation of the basic controls (Edit) tried playing a little bit more just to see if it was just me but it wasn’t devs fix your game go everywhere on social media no one wants,likes, or asked for this stupid update fix it and if anyone is reading the reviews looking for answers or help just like me just know that he probably doesn’t even care that we’re unsatisfied with his game

Needs on screen buttons and make it easier to figure out rhythm need to run faster and it need frequent updates because it will just boot you out and crash often other than that this is an awesome game, and I feel like physical abilities should increase based of races ran, number races and type 100,200,400,60

This game is definitely my favorite mobile game. There’s always something to go for and you always have a goal. I personally think a Cross Country version would be absolutely amazing. You know, different courses, weather conditions, hills, etc. Just something to think about. Thank you.

The game is fun and challenging. The customization on your character is great the racing isn’t super easy so you’ll find your self playing more trying to get better times. Leaders boards are great too, going for the #1 spot where everyone sees your name after every race they do in that sections feels so rewarding

So far the game is good but it would be better if you fix the bug where whenever I try to play online players it takes forever to find players and the screen is there for like 3 minutes straight

I bought the $1 purchase and have been playing non stop until something happened. When ever I try to do the 200m, it closes SpeedStars and whenever I try to change my character and build, it won’t let me. Please let me know why this is happening because I am just trying to play the game but am not able too.

At first it was going good I payed the .99 but after like 3 days I tried to change my character like custom 4 and stuff like that but it didn’t let me and only let me pick the default and whenever I try to load into a game it just kicked me out

Game is fun but I wish when u over go forward your character would fall forward and crash bc I like the physics in this game also I wish the robots didn’t get so good so fast they need to be more my range bc I run 1 good run and then normal runs after

overall the game is wry exciting and was very good ever since july, BUT, the new update just messed up the timing for the drive phase so bad it looks like i forgot how to run 30mph times on the 100
other than that i love the game a lot

I think if you guys added like high jump, discus, pole vault, and all the other field events it would be soo much better. This game also needs more updates, otherwise great game!

Time trials are always against your best match making could be better even when you hit a pb you still are placing 8th against bots and people and maybe more customization

It’s a good game but it’s like hard when you can’t buy the full game and only being able to do the 100. Also would be better if people that hadn’t pay could also make build but the people who had could make a better build.

The game is awesome very fun and addicting it’s just that I’m getting kicked out of the game, after a awhile the game starts to act slow and laggy but it’s a great game.

Power and Endurance seems to be more of a Luck thing then a tangible stat. None of it is consistent, or maybe it is, but it always seems to yield different results when it comes to fatigue for every race no matter what my stats are.

Obsessed since I downloaded it, highly recommend! There are lots of ads but support the developer!

I love this game and will keep playing but it would be cool if they made a career mode where you get bonuses for winning races and have championships to strive for

Definitely wish I could do some more of the modes, I understand having some sort of premium version that’s better than free but taking out all the customization, and the only mode your aloud to do is the 100 I think is a little overkill. It’s a fun game for about two seconds because your just running a 100m to beat your pr and once you get to like sub 10:30 it takes tons of tries and a good start to pr. All I’m really asking is just give something more than like 1 mode and a tiny bit of customization to free players. It’s called track day who says it needs to be limited to running, the running physics are really cool and unique I couldn’t imagine not being able to do a pull vault or shot put or something with throwing. Give those modes to the paying players and give free players at least hurtles or something just so the game doesn’t get repetitive. I want to give a 2 star but the running mechanics are so cool, hard to learn at first but once you figure it out it’s pretty easy then all you can do is improve your reaction time. I also don’t really like the starting sequence maybe like a gun going of or something, not a ready start and a slowly switching sign it’s kinda hard to tell when to start. Also props to everyone on the leaderboards holy crap I have no clue how your getting a sub 10 my best is like a 10:21

Speed Stars is a great game overall, but I feel like it should have another thing in it such a online relay race and it could go like this. The first leg runs the curve and then has to hand it off to his teammate and they go down the straight 100 and then so on and so on but the hand off could be like virtual like once you get it into their hand then it automatically gives it to the next person and first to the finish line wins. Just like a regular 100 meter dash but with your friends you can pick and your online versing other online people. My friend and I been thinking about this since like March and we always thought it was a good idea and I think speed stars would get way more people playing if they saw a relay race added into the game and make the game way more competitive.

This game. wow… magnificent, there is really nothing like this on the mobile game market i mean i am astonished by the level of detail, this game made it so people like me in the hood could really make it out im like wow… The level of physics, the level of quality, the level of just straight amazingness is bar none the best in the gaming industry, I have never seen anything quite like it, the physics in this game are so detailed, every tap down to the matter within your fingers touching your iphones OLED display interacting with each and every pixel matters to your MPH count within this game, you make a mistake just like you do the in the hood, your speed goes down, this is amazing, I want the developers to have my babies

I don’t know if you’ll ever see this but this is honestly one of the most fun games I’ve ever played and I love the news updates y’all continue to come out with but if y’all see this some things I think could help improve the game is first being able to name each build or custom. The second thing that may break the game but would make it a lot more fun is if you could create your build by manually adjusting the height or the amount of power/stamina on the build. Again these or just ideas that I think would be cool I don’t know how others would feel about this.

Played this game once and had no idea what to do so I quit, later on after stumbling across a tutorial on TikTok I understood how to play. Instead of making users find their own solutions on how to play they should add a tutorial. Unless you pay it gets kinda boring and the adds in the middle of a race are the worst thing ever. It is annoying, destroys your tempo and strategy and ruins any chance you have of a good run. Please fix this just make the ads wait until after the race is over. It’s also difficult to break 25 mph without having a build which is paywalled so there is no chance of getting wr or even going below 10 sec on 100 meter. Could just be me but I can’t get past 25 mph no matter what I do or search or try and come up with.

Whenever I decide that I wanna play Speed Stars I think I’m going to have a good time but whenever I hop on, it’s always glitching and lagging like one time I was in a race and I was recording for TikTok and what happened was I had to screen record so I can use the green screen effect and my character started freezing up and glitching and they weren’t running. Can you please fix this cause I want to get back to enjoying my game I made 808 views off of one of my videos, and I’m trying to do better and post more videos but you guys just won’t let me be great. You need to fix this please and thank you on a good note though I actually find myself enjoying this game whenever I have nothing else to do, it is very fun and relaxing, except for when it freezes up as told earlier.

At first I used to think the faster you tap the faster you go but then I got used to the mechanics and it’s overall a fun game. Also I like that it’s only $0.99 for premium which makes the game even more better by letting you be able to customize your characters. I’ve been wondering if it was possible to add like a relay race game mode it would make game a lot better even though this is my favorite mobile game too. I really enjoy this game and it’s something I can play anyway I’m telling bored or tired or coming home from a long day.

Very fun game, seriously I was surprised at how much I could enjoy it. It’s super simple as far as the touch controls go, just tapping each side of the screen, but there’s a complexity to mastering the right technique to run fast. It’s definitely not about tapping as fast as you can. My favorite thing is how you can race your ghost, either 1 on 1 or in a full race with other AI. I’ve been hooked on it, and as I’ve gotten better my ghost is harder and harder to beat. Just set a new PR after trying for like a month and I was hype 😂 now to beat this ghost…

This game has changed my entire life. Recently I have been going through a deep depression, not really knowing my place in the world. I haven’t been able to eat, sleep, or function as a human being for months. But this game, it change something in me. All of a sudden I was… well… happy. I hadn’t felt that feeling in a long time. I felt like a mesmerizing butterfly, finally coming out of its cocoon. With my depression behind me and a new perspective on life, I was ready to face the world. P.s. I also really like character customization.

This game is super-glitchy! Starting the game screen goes black, or title screen freezes in a blur, and game locks up and you can’t do anything but exit the game and try again! When ads happen, which is too often, screes sometimes freezes up. Figuring out how to run is not hard to understand, but it IS TOUGH to learn the right cadence and you will need to practice! Game will/would be very good if devs fix these things and make sure it runs right in the next update. Ads are LONG, and if you really dig the game, it would behoove you to pay for the whole thing and to get rid of the ads as well. For me, as it stands, I’m gonna delete this but maybe in the future I’ll pick it up if things are fixed.

I wanted to give this a 5 star but I gave it a 4 because without buying the full game, I can’t go any faster with the default. But overall, this is the most funniest game I played this year so far. But can you make the default to faster when you start to play more because when I play against online players when my default and they bought the pass, they go faster than me anyway and it start getting kinda boring over time. The mechanics are pretty fun and better than most track & field games on mobile. However, I’d like to suggest if field events, such as Long Jump, Triple Jump, or even High Jump to be added if possible. With the way the game is built, I think it’ll give the game more of a variety and look more appealing. Other than that, the game is absolutely one of the best track games on mobile.

I really enjoy playing speedsters and how they made it so that you have to find a rhythm to it. If you tap too slow or too fast you you don’t go anywhere but if you hold it and tap it just right you start flying. All I can say is keep fixing bugs like the false starting or even make more customizations too the player model. I also think having a setting where you can choose the songs you want to listen too, some of them be 🔥🔥. To be real it’s a hard game but if you like the challenge then I suggest to play it

So I’ve been playing for a while now and I’ve realized that other than trying to get a new pb over and over, the game can get a little boring. So I think a new mode would be cool like a 4x100 and 4x200 relay race where u run with 4 runners and you run like normal speed stars but u have to time the handoff. Maybe in the future like a co-op feature can be added where each one of ur friends or if there’s only 2 of y’all then each of y’all control 2 of the runners or something like that. That would be super cool

in my opinion, if you guys just added he 4x100 and the 4x400 where you can invite friends and run as a team would be an awesome asset to the already incredible game. Y’all already did an amazing job with the mechanics such as drive phase or hurdling mechanics , as well as form and technique. I feel as if adding relays wouldn’t be so far fetched from the game and y’all would get more people to buy the pass then y’all already do. This is all just my opinion but would love to see this add to the game.

The game is really good, we’ll made not many issues, just wish the character customization was a little better not bad but an improvement wouldn’t hurt. Takes more skill and precision than you’d think. Also wish you could make ur own build in a sandbox mode or something; or maybe just more control over stats. 5/5 would recommend.

The game is great and all but when trying to get a PR my character tends to lean back, now I know that before the latest update that wasn’t an issue before but now it’s hindering my progress of trying to get a PR it would be greatly appreciated if you guys could fix this. I would also like to ask if it would be possible to add field events like long jump, triple jump, and high jump, since you already have the jumping ability already

This game is so simple and fun. All it is, is simple running events in track and instead of having the game be about speed of taps it’s more the balance of running. The active leaderboard is a fun mechanic as well. I think the ability to make groups with friends sort of like clans just to see how you match up against friends would be fun as well. Overall great game.

The game itself is great, especially if you decide to pay for the real game. The modes are fun and it’s always a challenge to try and beat your PB and maybe even a WR. But I do wish that the game had more options for Track and Field, maybe like a Relay race using all your created characters or a long jump. But other than that it is the best mobile game i’ve played in a while.

I play this every day but sometimes it gets a little bit repetitive so I would love if there were a few more events added. I loved the recent 4x1 relay but I think a 4x2 or 4x4 relay would be awesome too. (Maybe even shuttle hurdles). But the big thing that I think would be really fun is some field events like triple jump or long jump or high jump. Maybe there’s a third attribute category on every player that factors into jumping like explosiveness or something. That’s all I just think I would spend a lot more time and would honestly pay a little more to get a few more field events too.

I love the game, it was a learning curve, but it’s a great game going in a good direction if managed properly. Please don’t make this game pay to play, adding more events will make this game take off even more like long jump, etc; Lastly, I believe you guys should add a true online play where we can compete against our friends and not just bots, or ourselves, or just an online race time. That will make this game long lasting, because after awhile playing by yourself can become competitive. But overall it’s a good game. Add more events in the future will make the game pop.

I love this game as so much my whole track team was playing it! The addition of the 4x1 relay was perfect it flows so perfect it’s my favorite thing to do now. You guys should really add a 4x2 and 4x4 I think that would be perfect and give you other options if you are tired of the 4x1 but enjoy relay cause it’s so fun! I would love the addition of relays even a shuttle hurdle relay would be sick too! Please in the next update add another relay even the sprint med would be crazy fun a 100,100,200,400 relay would be sooo much fun

I’m adictos and it’s great. But for some reason my person always keeps bending over when they run. Like I’ll be doing good holding a good pace and it’ll look like I’m gonna set a PR and then he just slouches over and ruins it. I don’t change the tapping or anything. Idk why it does it. Other than that it’s a great game and I recommend. Still 5 stars. And it’s worth it to pay the one dollar

My father got in a car accident recently and he is hospitalized. Due to his collapsed heart, he is on life support. He is scheduled for heart surgery in a little less than a month, but the odds of him making it are very low. He is a huge track and field fan and loves to play speed stars. However, in college he ran the 800, and has been loathing in anger due to the fact that speed stars doesn’t have the 800. His dying wish is to be able to break 1:40 in the 800 in speed stars. Please make this a reality. I just want to see my dad smile one last time before I have to say goodbye to him.

All I ask is that the dumb glitch where you get a perfect start and it turns green then goes red and counts it as a false start gets fixed.
Also i hope that multiplayer or local co op can be implemented to this game. Maybe add long jump, high jump, or even triple jump?

Hey long time player here, unfortunately with the addition of runner sharing the spread of hacking has seemed to take turn for the worst. There are multiple world records that have been cheated, and unfortunately the speed records are messed up now. I fell victim to the shared runner, please clean it up when you can. If possible I would love it if you just wiped my speed record completely rather than ban me from my account, I don’t feel as though I earned the speed record, and I feel that a mass ban would be harmful to the player base who may or may not have found a hacked runner. Please read this, cheers!

I think this game is a really good game but I think they need to add stuff like long jump or
Field events cause after a while u eventually get bored but this game is really fun once u use a dollar I jus really wish there was long jump or high jump or something I also think they should add online like multiplayer and they could do relay or go against eachother if there at there own house or something but 8.5/10 game jus needs a little bit of work than 10/10 I hope the creators respond and listen to my review and add long jump but hope u enjoy this game

Incredible game, great mechanics, you can even reach 30mph with a default character if you’re good. My only complaint is that now, with the new update, you are forced to just play 100m or race of the day unless you buy the unlimited version. But guess what? I can’t buy the unlimited version for some reason, even though I have enough money. I just want a little more freedom in the game, give us some basic customization, a few more races like 200 and 4x1. Overall great game though

I love this game it definitely is my favorite track and field game because of the fact that if u run track, this game literally has great track mechanics if you aren't tall u wont run fast these types of things it is amazing, but I would like it if u could edit your build please instead of having to scroll forever to find the build u want that would save time and just make the game better overall I suggest the tallest height to be 6'7 as I think is the tallest hurdler from brasil right now and also if we could begin to implement things like long jump this game would be amazing I would tell everyone I know about it and I am a jumper my self triple jump would be great also if we did this I recommend the same running mechanics but a upward swipe timing to takeoff and and downward swipe timing to land.
