Fails on CAPTCHA when creating account

Downloaded the app, tried to connect my LinkedIn account. App sucked up my LinkedIn profile info then went into an endless loop of CAPTCHAS asking me to pick a road that was right side up and claiming my responses were always invalid.
Quit and immediately deleted the app. Not gonna trust my social media presence to some half-baked app that can’t even handle a CAPTCHA response - it could decide to randomly post something 1000 times in one hour or some other random garbage.

I downloaded the app so I could download videos from insta, but nowhere in the app can you do that. So I tried it on the website, everything works but when you try to save it to your camera roll, it won’t work. Support wasn’t of much help since when I searched my problem it showed me a result asking how it gathers info on users. On the website the “contact us” button doesn’t work either.
Sites gone and forced to use app?

Usually used the website to download IG reels. Site tells me to download the app so I did. I shared the post to Publer, nothing happened. There’s nowhere to manually enter the link either.
So I made an account. That didn’t change anything. I’ll be using a different service from now on. Even if there’s a way for this app to do what I want, it shouldn’t be harder than pasting a link
