How to fix OFN app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the OFN app on iPhone
Update OFN app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall OFN iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix OFN on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve OFN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent OFN app issues:

Force Stop the OFN App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click OFN app. » click "Force Stop".

Update OFN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear OFN App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "OFN app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch OFN.

Fix OFN unable to contact server/ OFN internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click OFN » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got OFN » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch OFN on android.
