This app like most other apps, is ruled by an algorithm. The algorithm tries to get you to lose all of your winnings, then prompts you to spend real money to play with fake money. I’ve been playing poker for over 15 years and I’ve never seen so many people winning with royal flushes, or straight flushes. I’ve never seen AK suited, QQ, KK LOSE SO MANY TIMES. as soon as you lose all of the chips that you won. The app will instantly ask you to buy more chips. If you are a seasoned poker player you are going to be frustrated by the amount of people who don’t know how to play but have billions of chips I’ve never seen 2-9 off suit hit so many times. In real life, cards do not fall like that. In real life, people do not call those type of hands. It’s like this app is trying to make people develop bad poker playing habits and spend real money. If you play poker in real life, do not download this app. To the app developers, I say stop coding the app to make people lose hands that have a 80% chance of hitting and letting people win hands that have less than a 15% chance of winning. It’s obvious what is happening here and I’m not the only one who sees it. I like the aspect of playing live. But everyone on the live says the same thing the only difference is I’m smart enough to know when to delete an app and continue on with my life. I hope this review helps someone.

I was really excited to try this game until I realized that the app created a fake profile for me. Since I don’t (and WILL never) use the Conservative-censoring facebook or any of its other platforms I signed in using my AppleID. To my utter shock and disgust, the app created “my” name and avatar without allowing me to enter any personal information and/or photo. My profile included a female name and photo even though I am a male. Not only is this ludicrous, but it is also reckless and negligent. Any nutjob can hide behind his or her fake “profile” to mislead other players. This especially could endanger minors who believe they are talking with someone else. I will be deleting this garbage app until this issue is addressed and resolved!

You took back over 32billion chips that you say went to the WRONG email address on 7/23. Yet, I never received any chip from you on that day. Your system as you say it, is what was in error. I have been a loyal player, I’ve even spent money on chips when I was low, came in 4th in my league and are at the Master II level. You REALLY think that I will continue to support a game, or business that punishes players for the apps mistakes, even when I never got those chips????? I saw the email but it was to a different person and the chips did not register to me. Good luck screwing your customers. I’ll take my business elsewhere!!!!
