Can not read cards for instant grading always gives you a error message regardless of being front of card or back of card absolutely awful and misleading information with no tutorial to even give guidance and customer support was absolutely zero help in trying to give advice on how to work the instant grading system👎👎👎👎

I was using the AGS app for instant grading while learning how to grade myself, however, the last few months that I’ve tried to use the “Instant Grade” feature just for curiosity (I’m now a professional grader) all grades come up 1-1.5 ok cards that are easily 7 or higher. It seems as though AGSCollector hasn’t been updated consistently and that the camera function has bugs behind it causing it to misread all scans. I used to recommend AGSCollector to my friends for pre-grading their cards before submitting but in good conscience can no longer do that with the state of AGSCollector . I will raise my rating if/when these issues are resolved as I am a fan of AGS but until then, definitely hold off.

The grading process is fairly smooth but expect hiccups with the ad ons you pay for such as the 3d height map. It’s been over a month since my cards were graded and I still can’t even see the basic pictures. When I try to speak with the service department they just tell me it will get fixed but never does. It’s a shame too because their slabs are very aesthetically pleasing and seem high quality. But overall the process is not the best especially if you have higher end cards. I’m not sure that I trust them after the few experience I have had all being subpar.

I sent 4 cards out to be graded they was graded and then got sent out and got lost I talk to the ups and they sent over paperwork for claim then I was told to get updates from AGS on it was there was a few time we talked about it and got updates by then they just stop answering my messages and phones calls

tried grading a japanese vintage card but it did not work. i thought it might be the language so i tried my prime umbreon and it keeps on saying. border error, could not read borders…

The AGS app is the most convenient app to have on hand that sums up the purpose of the company. AGSCollector allows for grades to be sent directly to you without having to wait. They have a live feed section as soon as you open AGSCollector that shows the cards they have graded. It provides details of the owner and the date it was shipped. You can sort it by categories such as most recent or grade. They also offer population reports and a record of all cards that were Robograded by AGS. Some of the categories include Pokemon, MetaZoo, Yu-Gi-OH!, Basketball cards, Baseball cards, Football cards, One Piece cards and much more. There is a section titled “RoboGrades” where it will provide a list of the cards you have submitted for grading. There is also another section titled “Submissions” that shows current submission in which grading is in process. You have the freedom to browse through the categories and see a wide variety of cards for each category.

This is a really cool and innovative idea, and I think these folks are ahead of the curve for sure. I plan to check utilize their actual grading services in the near future.

I think the concept of AGSCollector as a pre grading tool is really cool as well, however I’m not sure it works well. I will have to try experimenting with it a bit more, but I used a card I knew was a low grade (I can visually see the print lines it’s awful) and it got a 9.5 from AGSCollector . So there’s definitely something going on, whether it’s with AGSCollector or the lighting for my image I’m not sure. Would love some developer input here!!

Overall I give AGSCollector a 4 stars cause it’s fun and easy to use, and the concept is really cool.

Allowing people to just take a photo of their cards and get a grade instantly has got to be one of the most revolutionary things done in the card collecting industry. But coming from AGS I’m really not surprised. They continue to change the game and push things forward. Besides instant grading, I like that I can create submissions for RoboGrading directly on AGSCollector , and see my card and grade breakdown right there in one place. Its just so full of features and so easy to use. Highly recommend AGSCollector to any serious card collectors!! You will be amazed.

Similar to other collectors I was questioning the accuracy of AGS’ AI in it’s infancy. But I was pleasantly surprised when I downloaded AGSCollector, scanned my cards prior to mailing them in and received them all back. The grades were consistent and clearly labeled with a thin blue boarder outlining the grading. The bold boarder was easy on the eyes, allowing the card to be the center of attention. A lot less obnoxious than the alarming red thick boarders collectors are now used to. These cards are not only more valuable but presentable too! Thanks AGS, someone finally got it right 👍🏻

Card grading is one of the best to ever exist in the world! You get to know the value of your cards and the cards you buy from people to make sure they aren’t fake and don’t have value. Knowing the value of your cards is the best thing to know because you want to know how special your card is. I’ve been a card collector for about a year now and learning about card grading is the best thing that’s ever happened to my card collection. My card collecting friend introduced me to AGS and they’ve been the BEST with my cards!

Use the AGS app. You get your cards graded by a machine so there is no person inspecting your cards it’s done by a machine that fairly grades. Also John from AGS was super helpful with all my orders and it’s a very cool dude. Thank you AGS for grading my Pokémon cards you guys will take over PSA I know it!!!!!

I honestly love AGSCollector I got no major complaints as of right now however I have a card graded but I never got the generated images

I collect cards i with AGSCollector I’m now able to give more to my hobby. I can now instantly add and grade any Pokemon cards I want using the apps Ai thing. I have had the privilege of experiencing transparency, consistency and accuracy, more than with PSA. Their app provides instantaneous grades that you can see right away after sending your cards in. The grades are pretty consistent and you can be shown why using the AGS app. They also make sure the cards are presentable as well as valuable. The grades are labeled with a thin blue border outlining the grade. You can also see a list of submissions you have made and the ones that are in progress. AGSCollector overall was pretty enjoyable to use and I recommend to other hard enthusiast.

As someone that is always trying to save some money and always looking for the best price AGS is able to provide this. As a collector I can say that AGS has the greatest deals when it comes to card grading. Compared to other companies like PSA AGS has the best pricing. For example the price comparison is for 1-20 cards in AGS it cost 18 per card and the more cards you add the less the price. While in PSA the price is 19 but the minimum number of cards you can have is 20. Showing that even though the difference is 1 dollar for 20 cards imagine if you have more the price difference starts to come down. This is why when it comes to pricing AGS is the best, making me become more in love with this Grading system and making it my number one grading system.

AGSCollector makes it so easy to submit my cards. Love to see the live feed of other peoples grades. All apps should be easy to use like this one.

Title says it all. The pre grade feature is a really cool never seen anything like it. Highly recommend to use it for your future graded cards
