A Waste Of Money and Time!

The Pivo device and the app are terrible! I’ve had nothing but problems with both. It constantly fails to save my videos or cuts off while recording even when my phone is in airplane mode. I’m unable to edit any of my videos on the app and I’m constantly being bombarded with failure notifications every time I use the app.
Not to mention when the app fails to save my recordings I’m kicked off the app and have to restart my phone to get back on. Do not waste your money and find something that actually works!
Shame- Can’t play music while recording

Unfortunately I cannot seem to get this app to work for me. I purchased the Pivo to record myself dancing and the app either: freezes, crashes or pauses my music every time I open it while music is playing.
I contacted support and they weren’t exactly what I would call helpful. They recommended I play music from a different source, which just isn’t an option for someone who dances in the gym and doesn’t have a speaker or spare smartphone. All I wanted was to be able to record myself dancing while music plays out of my iPhone speaker or out of my AirPods to edit music over later.
I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max running on latest iOS so I feel like wanting music to play while this app is open shouldn’t be so impossible in 2021.
This is a huge disappointment considering all the positive reviews
Doesn’t work - Fake website reviews!

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max, Pivo does not work at all. I have the app and it connects, but as soon as I want to start recording the camera view freezes. The video timer starts counting, but the video remains frozen. When I end the recording I get an error message saying that video recording failed.
What a waste of money for the silver edition.
I left a one star website review, but since there moderate reviews, mine wasn’t posted. They only show five and four star reviews! Scammers!
