I need to cancel my recent order which has not been dispatched yet. My daughter who it was for does not want this pivo. Sorry for cancellation but I have no choice

Will not stay connected

I was so excited to have this produce to live stream my Zumba Fitness classes, however I am having the worst time with the Pod and the app. I paid extra for the silver version but it stops tracking halfway though songs and disconnects. After charging the pod over night with the charge cable it comes with I can only get halfway though a four minute song before it stops tracking (using AI) and the pod disconnects from my phone and shuts off. I even tried using the pod while plugged into a power source and the same thing happens. I ended up taking the pod down and reverting to my old tried and true set up of live streaming and recording. I am using an iPhone 11 Pro Max with the latest iOS version and the latest version of the Pivo app. I don’t know what the issue is but I feel this was a real waste of money. Update (5/30): With the new app update I have a whole more problem on top of the previous one. I cannot log into my Pivo account. It doesn’t matter if I try logging in via Facebook, Google or manually, I get a “Failed Internal Server Error”. You cannot use the pivo pod without logging in with an account so basically my Pivo is useless. This is turning into a colossal waste of money. I have had my Pivo for over a week and I have yet to be able to use it for the advertised purposes. If this isn’t fixed soon I will be requesting a refund. I will update my reviews with any resolutions. Until then SAVE YOUR MONEY!! DO NOT BUY!!

5C and Ipad

Pivo failed to inform backers via ks of supported phone models. As a developer they can limit the devices that can download an app yet they left the unsupported 5c in. 5C the app launches but every feature crashes. You can download for the iPad but not sure if that’s intentional. Regardless of device the UI is good but accessing it is poorly thought out and has issues almost seems untested when devices are in landscape mode. Vertical device placement shouldnt be a requirement in any of the features not sure of what limitation would for e this. Menu access should rotate along with the phone i.e. phone is vertical swipe in from left and right when in landscape the same should occur but it doesn't you have to swipe down or up when the phone is in the device this is nearly impossible. Could be a good product if support catches up to the marketers who are way out front selling a partially functioning product. I will update the review as my pivo use continues

They said they fixed the restream bugs that wasn’t true

I wrote a review prior to this one and it basically stated the app had some serious bugs and that the restream feature where comments come on the screen (which is advertised on pivos website in pictures) simply doesn’t work. The app developer said that they fixed the issue with this update but I’m still not getting my comments on screen. The tracking is a bit better tho then it was. Developers if you are reading this please look into the restream stuff and see if you can fix the no comments on screen issue. It really makes live streaming in the app useless if you can’t see any engagements like you advertise in photos on the website.
