Initial set up was complicated and would not connect after camera was set up. It does not receive communication from Camera to cell phone

The picture quality on these photos are terrible. I like the wide area that the camera catches , but I can barley make out the antlers at times. Especially when the deer are moving and when it transitions from dark to daylight . I would not purchase this trail-cam again. In addition, when a deer is 5 feet from the camera it appears to be 20 feet away causing it hard to make out the antlers and size of the deer.

Set up camera for first time this season and the first 2 days I got 300 pictures of nothing. Then after that I stopped receiving pictures all together. Tried resetting the camera remotely, and having a test pic sent to my phone no luck. Reset all the settings to factory nothing. Camera has service but won’t send me any pictures.. If camera starts working again I would gladly leave a 5 star review because YellowstoneaiCommandCenter seems pretty easy to navigate and really enjoy that I can cancel and Resume my subscription at anytime.

I have been pleased since day one with both the product and the service Yellowstone provides. When I had a weak signal, they sent me more robust cellular antennas which solved my issue. Both the daytime and night pictures are very clear and clean. With the addition of a solar panel and quality batteries the power indicator has not budged in months even through several hundred photos. Customer service is phenomenal! Someone WILL call you back every time you request support and solve your issue. I recommend Yellowstone AI to anyone looking to purchase a cellular trail camera!

Got this camera to monitor my farm driveway for many purposes. Easy to set up and install. On the medium setting it doesn’t pick up vehicles driving by the driveway but only the ones slowing as they’re turning in or out; which is exactly what I wanted. Oh, and some horseback riders going by.

I can’t talk enough about this camera company! Amazing support, always helpful, always answers the phone. Solves the issue!

Would recommend for sure! Some friends and family have experienced problems with their cell cameras. I have three out with no problems, going on three years.

I like that I can update my camera settings from YellowstoneaiCommandCenter and especially the ability to request a picture whether there’s an activity in my yard or not. Good job Yellowstone AI!

If I could give 10 Stars I would. Any issues I’ve had have either been due to batteries or due to nature. The customer support is the best you will ever come across. Las issue I had was due to a woodpecker pecking out my sensor. After emailing Yellowstone.ai on a Sunday to explain my situation and what could I do to fix the situation. I received a personal phone call the same day. They sent me the replacement parts and instructions on how to replace. I recommend Yellowstone.ai to anyone who asks me. I enjoy that they continue to improve options to the camera.
