Required to delete and reinstall EpturaEngage every day this week in order to get it to work
EpturaEngage is useful when it works. This same issue occurred in a previous version and is now back. The UI does not allow you to input defaults and won’t let you continue to EpturaEngage without doing so. Have to go use the website to reserve a work space now. Do you guys test your app on iPhones?? Arg!
I have yet to be able to successfully use EpturaEngage. It crashes every time I attempt to use it; even after reinstalling several times.
This is probably one of the worst apps I’ve ever use; both in terms of UI and the constant bugs I encounter. Every time I need to use EpturaEngage it feels like a chore because I don’t know whether it’s going to work or not; it crashes at random times or when trying to use autofill during login in, or sometimes it simply never loads. AWFUL experience, get it together developers.
Repeatedly get errors when trying to book stating I’ve reached my maximum bookings, which is incorrect as I do not have any. Makes EpturaEngage unusable
EpturaEngage has a bug and stopped working today. Every time I launch it I get an error which says that jailbroken devices are not supported. My new phone is not jailbroken. Please fix this bug ASAP!
Difficult, challenging, not entirely useful. Would not recommend
What’s the point of having a mobile app if I have to be logged into my work email to use it. I might as well just book while I’m logged in at work and save myself yet another app on my phone
Never been more frustrated with an app before, never a good experience, have to sign in and is a QR code easier to go to internet site. App is garbage.
EpturaEngage is trash. It’s been 4 weeks since the update that destroyed my ability to check in to the spaces that I reserved. I can’t book anymore as well.
Randomly decided to show me page to select default options (country, location,office etc) which are optional but there is no way to proceed.
The country drop down shows no country so you can’t really do anything. I wonder if EpturaEngage goes through any basic testing.
Worked the first few times. Then had to delete and reinstall EpturaEngage to check in.
Unprompted, my phone keeps asking me to install EpturaEngage. It’s incessant.
Tried to use the “app support” button in the Apple App Store and it didn’t work since the my.condeco.cloud webpage is not functioning. When I log in, it tells me “Error Authenticating: This account is licensed for Intune but is not targeted with MAM policy.” How do I fix this????
I might go back to the old app for the next month lol
Freezes all the time; I have to try repeatedly during the day to try to just log on to see what’s available. This is the worst developed app I’ve seen in years
App has a lot of usability issues, I don’t think they ever watched a real user trying to use it. Right my app is broken where every thing fails, including the logout.
When EpturaEngage works it’s excellent, but that happens less and less frequently now. I’m not sure why my company pays for this, it’s awful.
App slow to go to my Today page. Check in can be quirky. The attribute search function for meeting space booking does not work. Unable to book all of our meeting room resources with EpturaEngage .
EpturaEngage is nice, but it would be great if you could add each individual team, members, location and office or desk location on the “your teams“ page, so you could see where everyone is without having to click on each individual person to see their location
Your app has a bug, it wont change the date in lower left corner. So in order for me to check in my desk i need to close EpturaEngage reopen it date will change and i can check in.

Condeco is a great solution but EpturaEngage takes it over the top! It makes booking my desk and meetings so easy and smooth.
Love the ability to book any space on my phone. I always forget to book a space so have to do it on the train and this helps!
Ive been using EpturaEngage since my company implemented it a couple of months ago. It is very easy to use, in a couple of clicks I can book a desk. I can see the available desks on a floormap, book quiet spaces for when im on calls and I can also reserve parking spaces! The new features to create a team and see the calendar of who is in the office are very helpful!
Great app. Fast, easy to use, and gets the job done. Supports SSO and active directory. Great graphics…works great with Outlook calendar as well. Very refreshing to see this.
