This app is terrible

As a proud Michigan alum, I am not proud of this app. The “manage tickets” section regularly doesn’t load anything (it says “we couldn’t load your data, please refresh the page or try again later.”). It’s always timing out and loading very slowly. The integration with stubhub to sell tickets never seems to work. I get an error every time I try to log into stubhub via this Michigan app. It’s no wonder Michigan needs to remind you via email and an actual phone call to tell me to make sure to download the tickets to my phone before the game because they must know how horrible this app is. Get some CS undergrads to fix this.

The app needs some work. The stories are not posted very timely and the worst part is the press conferences from the football coach don’t work. When you click on the link to the press conference it just gives you a three second clip of a blank screen. Somebody needs to spend some time fixing up the app.
