I was billed 19.00, 38.98,38.95, and 38.96. I do want this service but I want you to credit my account all of the extra billing. I was under the impression it was 19.00 for first month then 38.95 after that. I have had this before and let it lapse. Please advise

Total Adblock took a payment on 25th April for £119. I do not need this service any longer and request a refund. I have spoken to my bank and they advised me to request a refund. They have explained they will be able to take further steps on my behalf if you do not comply with this request. I realise this is probably due to me taking out Total Adblock a year ago and you assumed I would want to repeat the service. It never did work and I did not receive a reminder from you. Taking £119 out of my account has left me in difficulties. Please contact me as soon as possible.

Here's my problem. You are more of a nuisance than any ads I get. The most annoying promotion of a product that I have ever had to deal with. Illegal, I will assume, because there is no unsubscribe option. Are you aware of EU regulations? No dismiss option - I don't want to see your annoying messages any more? Have you ever considered this? That no-one who wants to relax in the evening needs to be barraged by your ads - and you are protecting users from this? Feature improvement - block your software ads!
I have just been charged on my credit card today for three or four memberships in Ad Block. This is after getting many notices every day to rejoin. I was sick and tired of the notices. Now I'm mad about being charged 3-4 times on my card. IO want those charges removed .

This app has been taking money from my account once sometimes more than once a month. I have tried to cancel, they tell me they can’t find my info and ask me to send them all-of my info to them in an email. None of the email addresses seem to match, but they have emailed me at the one I set up with the account. They still say they can’t find me in their system, but yet they find a way to get my money. I have gotten nowhere with them. I was able to get into what is supposed to be my account and it did say I was on the free account, but then they charge my card $9.95 every month. I keep disputing it and have deleted my card from my phone and got a new number and changed my password like Apple told me to do, but they still keep charging me. Don’t sign up with them or you will regret it. This has been going on for a year now.

I was going to begin what I’d hoped would be a troubleshooting series of emails from ’customer service’, but decided to check the reviews first. It turns out that their ‘customer service’ either doesn’t provide much ‘customer service’ or ignores you completely. I really really prefer to write positive reviews, however sleight I feel like by confirming that the product is good and reliable I’m helping some people out. But this app is just fluff for the purpose of making money from people.
If I’m wrong, I can be contacted through any number of means - including ALLLLL of the contact information I’ve provided during the purchase process - and someone can show me what I was doing wrong: I’ll rewrite this review Immediately. If you still see this sentence, ah well, then you know how it currently stands…

I got this app. When I went to look at it the “standard” version was selected but was never activated. They hard sell all of the upgrades. They are so confusing I quickly decided it was not for me. I chatted with customer rep and they tried talking me out of canceling app. Then said they’d send Elmer an email to complete the cancellation process. Never received the email. Went to their support page and left a very clear message to cancel my app. The emailed back and wanted to work something out so I wouldn’t cancel app. I replied that I wanted to cancel app. No other option would do. Haven’t heard from them since. I was able to go and cancel automatic payments though so they only got me once. I would definitely not recommend. It feels like a hard sell scam.
