I paid $23.80 on 3/11/25 as a discounted one-year subscription. I very much appreciated the fact that ads had disappeared. Unfortunately, I soon started having full page Total Adblock ads coming up each time I opened Microsoft. Then today I got a note that my subscription had expired. How could that be? It's still March 2025, not even two weeks since my original payment. Please update your files and reinstate me. BTW - AntiMalware and Total Adblock seem to have a problem together. I truly like both of these programs and would like to continue using Total Adblock....but I'm not going to sign up for an annual subscription every two weeks. I gather from the notes I have seen that while your adblocking does great, your billing department is pretty bad. Work on it, please. It makes a big difference in customer satisfaction!!!

EVERY time I open Microsoft, the Total Ad Block total page ad loads. I bought and paid for a subscription several weeks ago. NOW I am bothered more by Total Ad Block ads, large and small, than any other. It's not funny!! I can't find a way to remove the intrusions. Remove your ads from my computer or I am going to remove my membership. These full page ads did NOT show up until I paid for your service. Although your service does remove most of the ads, there are many that still show up. But - they are not as annoying as YOUR ads! sigh

I want to cancel the adblocker immediately and uninstall it. The advertising and features are VERY convoluted and close to being called a scam. You sign up for the initial ad blocker, then there are a bunch of add-ons. It appears that the add on features are inclusive since the price first quoted goes up, so, you are tricked to add the feature. It doesn't tell you it is all additional costs. I want to cancel everything to do with ad blocker and get a full refund!!

I don't know how I even got Total Adblock on my phone to begin with. I recently discovered it had been there for several months and I did not know it was even on my phone. I called AdBlock and supposedly it had been removed. In the meantime, I discovered it had connected on my wife's phone and that was why we could not get them both removed. Neither of us have ever used it, for a long time, we did not even know it was there.

I have been notified of an attempt to renew my prior subscription to TotalAdBlocker for $155. No phone number was made available to me. I no longer need this program as I am selling my computer equipment. Therefore, please cancel my enrollment. Thank you, Ronald Nelson
