I was charged twice for a subscription. On August 24th,2024 I was charged $119 (invoice 70338597) and on September 24th 2024, I was charged $99.00 for the same subscription (Invoice 72486013). I need a refund and I also need the service stopped because it has not helped to block any ads. Thank you

I can't understand when I look on my Paypal sheet, it has 5 charges from TotalAdBlock on the same day. That doesn't make any sense. I was charged October 30th for $ 1.99 and then October 30th $23.00, then October 30th $38.97, then October 30th $38.98, then once again October 30th $38.95 So on One day October 30th I was charged $141.89 . And then Sept. 4th I was charged $9.95 for TotalAV, and in two weeks againOctober 17th $9.95, and then again November 4th $9.95 What or why but I really would like to be refunded and canceled out of all this Please.

You could have stopped giving it away and it would have had the same effect. Sure, we'll go away when we get some money. You got a good useful product there, but I've lost a lot of respect here and I like you far less as a company. I also don't appreciate how difficult you make it to accomplish human contact. I installed Total Ad Block yesterday and I tried to play a video online and it was blocked. I could get to the site, okay, but when I tried to play it, it remained a black page. This happened a dozen times with no other result. If appears that this is due to your app, so please remove it and send a refund. Your app does not block ads from a number of Microsoft games that I play, so it has little value to me. Again, please uninstall.

I signed up for this app August 2023. I was instantly billed 39.00. I was able to get a refund the same day. Today March 2, I noticed I have been billed monthly 1.99 since last September 2023 via paypal. February and March 2024 I was billed 9.99. I am trying to get a hold of someone from this website to get refunded. Businesses who sneakily add you back onto their services suck eggs and deserve to go out of business. I wanted to sign up for the free trial but when I saw that the subscription was £39 per annum I decided that this was the better option. Unfortunately £157.99 was taken from my account WITHOUT MY CONSENT! This amount included three extra payments of £32.50 and one payment of £1.66. The three payments of £32.50 were in respect of Unlimited Protection, Total Password and and Safe Browsing VPN). The payment of £1.66 was in respect of a trial period which I didn't require as I had paid for the year. When contacting customer services and explaining this the operator was a little put out and said 'we gave you a good deal'. I told him that it wasn't a good deal when I hadn't asked for the extra services and I wanted a refund. He sent me a link which didn't work, and to make matters worse I have now been charged £9.50 every month since October totalling £47.50 when I have already paid for the year! I have not used this service and will not do so until I have received the money taken from me in full. My bank has blocked any further payments and will liaise with me regarding the refund, and failing that they will deal with this matter themselves. To clarify, I want a FULL refund of £157.99 plus £47.50 - a total of £200.49. I will be grateful to hear from you at your earliest convenience.
