Judo iPhone Issues and Solutions

Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Judo app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Judo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Judo app on iPhone
Update Judo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Judo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Judo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Judo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Judo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Judo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Judo app issues:

Force Stop the Judo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Judo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Judo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Judo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Judo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Judo.

Fix Judo unable to contact server/ Judo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Judo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Judo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Judo on android.
