While the app did work the first time I used it, my call log was wiped clean shortly thereafter! I tried to use the app a second time, and although my conversation was recorded, it WILL NOT replay the message. I am also not able to save it to my phone or send in an email. I have made sure to have all apps and systems updated completed prior to use. Was In wifi both at time of recording and during time of attempted play back. Still nothing. Phone restarted. NOTHING. This app is garbage. There is no way to contact customer support rather than an email to which no response has received yet! Save your money! Go elsewhere! I’d give this app a zero if I could!

I really need a functional recording app for an important call and paid $9.99 for the first week to try it out. The very next page required me to enter my phone number and continuously gave me an error message for “wrong token”. I was taken aback at the poor interface considering all the good reviews.
Now that I’ve wasted my money and a lot of time, I’m just going to use my computer to record the call. Don’t waste your energy on this one, folks!

I find it extremely exasperating that having deducted my account for the app the system deliberately refused to allow me conclude the process at the stage where I am required to select my country and input my phone only for it to say error, wrong token used after clicking next. Which? token by the way? It’s only my phone number that was required. Kindly look into the matter or revert back the deduction made from my card since I can’t make use of the app.
