MonoprixQatar is filled with bugs starting with undeliverable OTP to hanging on the dial with no means for cancelling or navigating out ending with an error message after couple of restarts jsp. This should not be even a beta release. Get your money back from whoever developed MonoprixQatar for you.
I have already went over 5 times to shop at monoprix and every time i try to show the barcode its blank… such a scam.
The application is not working I registered and still not working, I talked to the customer service in monopry Tornado tower and no one cared not the customer service not anyone just swallowing money
Even with the new update you failed to fix the issue where the barcode is not showing.
Fix it or remove it, I tried to make an account not working, so many bugs. Before I even start ordering.

when i sign up said my number is exist
when try to sign in after reset password said your email not exist when try to sign with phone number said please fill available email !

annoying reminder turn on notification
This is one of the most annoying apps I’ve ever downloaded. Every time I open it, it gives me an alert trying to get me to turn on notifications. Every time I deny, and next time it asked again. I don’t need notifications from a grocery store app. And half the time my loyalty QR code screen is blank when I open it to scan at the store.
how does a company that’s as big as Monoprix have such a terrible App and website? can they not afford it or what exactly? it doesn’t even function well. After you download MonoprixQatar and create an account they tell you to wait 24 hours before you can get a code. Its something that’s automated so how does that even make sense? why do I have to wait 24 hours? so instead of purchasing something right away I have to wait 24 hours and then come back to purchase it. honestly this makes me not wanna even deal with Monoprix in general for not caring about customer service or even making an app that’s user-friendly.
Best application in Qatar . I love monoprix .
