Discrimination against foreigners and families

This app discriminates unfairly against foreigners and families because it only allows registration for users whose name matches their phone contract. Phone contracts have NOTHING to do with vaccinations. All that SHOULD be needed is your name, 주민 number, and vaccine info. Most of us with government issued vaccine proof documents cannot use this app because of its idiotic, poor design. I would give 0 stars if I could!

The app isn’t made for foreigners to use. If you don’t know Hangul - you’re stuck! The app itself is in English, but the connected websites that are needed to authenticate are not and you can’t go past that point! I definitely feel, if you aren’t Korean, they aren’t interested in making things convenient for you! Great concept, poor execution!

You can’t change the language, you can’t change the country, and if you try to confirm your identity via pass OR text as a foreigner, you get a server error message. Considering the importance of an app like this, it’s a bit ridiculous that they failed to make it usable for foreign residents.
