A big technical issue is that the app doesn’t work if your phone is in low power mode. The problem with the entire program is that they won’t stop calling you. You have to wear a meter at all times and it’s clear the technology is lackluster. They also don’t understand boundaries. My wife was being harassed for not wearing her meter when she was at a funeral. I had to sit on the phone for 45 minutes at work reconfirming information I already received. The call center staff are rude and don’t listen when you ask them to stop calling. This program is poorly designed and I can’t believe it impacts media ratings. It’s far from scientific and isn’t professionally done. Retrain your staff. Replace this app.

Tried to set up the new equipment and found it to be extremely difficult. I tried to set up the hub in every outlet in our house with no success. Then I spent over an hour on the phone with a customer representative and still couldn’t get the equipment to work. Then I was told that I must put their app on my cell phone…. Even their app wouldn’t load properly.
Now the representative is sending new replacement equipment.
Maybe they should bata test new equipment before sending it out to their customers.

They call everyday several times a day. They sent all of this equipment had three of us set it up with multi steps, they called everyday. Three days later my daughter didn’t have it on for three hours while sleeping and they were calling. Then they said the program was over. They are sending back a return box and they let me know the program can end anytime. So, zero compensation and plenty of effort and electricity used.
