I’m a iPhone user and ever time I try to create a account it gives a alert and will not create my account.

It too a long time to time to login I kept receiving an alert that states user does not exist. I finally was able to open an account. I purchased the book in e books the money was taken out my account. I also can see it under books owned. However, I can’t open the book to read it nor can I access I see the book in my library.

Bought Butterfly 4 and now it’s not showing up in my app..So disappointing

It goes back to the beginning every time I stop reading. There is no way to jump to the page I need just have to slide the pages. I’m not used to having to remember what page I left off of. I’m also not a fan of having to slide the pages. Taking me much longer to read book than usual.

I’ve tried several times to login to BookLoversApp, deleted and downloaded , still nothing. I’m getting responses saying that user or email address does not exist. I’ve reached out for help and still no response , this is frustrating and pointless

Every time I open BookLoversApp I’m getting the error message!!! I can barely remember my password to open my phone I’m tired of opening BookLoversApp and having to log completely all back in! I can wait to be done with this book NEVER AGAIN!!!

Tried to log in and my password wouldn’t work. So i attempted to reset my password. Each time I entered the new password and hit submit, BookLoversApp crashes and closes. Then it said i ran out of attempts to reset. Any help please?

BookLoversApp needs much work. Every single time I take a break it starts over. I literally have to screenshot the page I stop on so I know where to go when I come back to it. No way to type in the page so you must scroll page by page until you get back to where you left off! No table of content that allows for jumping to the chapters. It’s just not working for us.

I was excited to download BookLoversApp being that I love audiobooks I subscribe to the premium membership and purchased a audiobook after doing so I didn’t see the book in my library not sure where it went. But BookLoversApp is very pretty

This app has the bare minimum capability. I understand and fully agree it is better to have your own app. I’m you have more control and can keep 100% of the profits. However, I’m a fan of ebooks and saving trees. Therefore, I prefer using a platform that closely resembles a hard copy of a book. I’m able to jump around in the app. This app doesn’t have that capability. I have to keep hitting the back button until I arrive at the section I want to review. There’s no table of contents or ability to bookmark, highlight or makes notes. Please consider opening your next book up on other platforms as well. This platform doesn’t offer me the ability to add this purchase to my existing library.
