I don’t have a Apple Watch so I thought it would work with a Fitbit but I checked all over GrowPal all it says is pair with Apple or other third party apps but I tried and that doesn’t work.

This is a rally well made app. Looks very clean has been super easy to use. I am super frustrated because all of a sudden 2 weeks worth of journal entries are gone for no reason and I cannot seem to get them back so kind of defeats the purpose a little of the journal.

I love the layout and potential but I honestly feel it is lacking so much. I had imagined I could create my own habits and goals but only the same ones I have on my watch already are available. I also would love to make daily notes and comments about habits I completed each day etc. I paid for a year membership so hopefully some changes and updates are made or I won’t be renewing as so far I honestly have no use for GrowPal.

It supposed to help you develop good habits but mostly physical I don’t see a point to it if it had a way to help decrease social media use or T.V use or start helping you read more by finding books you might be interested in… or even healthy eating habits…. Quit smoking drinking etc also be better if created small groups of similar issues for support

Decent interface, looks a little childish though. A little slow to update from Apple Health. My biggest complaint is that water tracking is only available in ml and not ounces, not worth the time to convert each time.

Love the interface of GrowPal and what it provides. The issue I have with it is the Apple Watch app and complications. They don’t update without having to go into the phone app. For example, when I wake up I expect to be able to see my sleep score on my watch face. It’s never there, it’s always blank unless I click on the complication itself. It’s a nuisance. I’ve restarted the watch like they’ve said but it still doesn’t show unless I click on it. I hope they work on that.

GrowPal is nice, but the lock screen widgets keep breaking. I’ll see that I’ve taken 0 steps or the widget will completely disappear.

I used to have GrowPal, but I got a new phone and didn’t have it for a while. When I checked my sleeping schedule, it always showed zero. I remember putting it in sleep mode, but it still showed zero. I found out that I put my sleeping schedule on my old phone, so I changed it to my new phone, but it still didn’t work. I put it in automatically and it didn’t work. Can you please help me? I really want to see how much I sleep.

GrowPal is great so far, but for some reason my sleep isn’t syncing with the “sleep” section of the apple health app. Not sure why they aren’t syncing, it throws off my perfect days because of it

UPDATE: Widget issue seems to be fixed. I am seeing a random modules pop up when I click on something. Example: when I click on the water option the calories burned module pops up. Not a deal breaker at all, just a random thing.

are there any plans to add any customization? I would like to swap out running for biking for example and I would like to set a goal for biking instead of running. Just a thought! Thanks for the updates.

I love Grow but unfortunately I can’t use all features as I do not have an Apple watch 😢 I have a fitness smartwatch but it doesn’t link to Grow. Maybe one day I will get an Apple Watch (when I’m rich lol) and I will then be able to use all features and sign up for the paid version. But even with the limitations I enjoy Grow and will continue to use the free version.

The user interface of GrowPal is fantastic, and I love that I can integrate fitness and mindfulness into my “perfect day” score. The *only* thing missing from GrowPal for me is a recovery/readiness score. If it had that, I’d recommend this over Athlytic easily.

GrowPal has so many cool features that I like to keep on my day to day. However the one thing I can’t figure out to fix or even why is that my sleep cycle starts the moment I put my phone down but everyday it shows I wake up at “5am” and I don’t. I was trying to change that but I have no alarm or nothing for that matter to “stop” my sleep cycle at 5am.

I love GrowPal . My only problem is that I keep getting HRV (stress) notifications on my watch and I’d like to turn them off. However there is no setting to turn them off in the notification settings of GrowPal

I would love to see a few more options. Maybe the ability to add more than one photo in my journal. Maybe a way to track my supplements and medications? I know that Grow is a health and fitness tracker but maybe add more options so it’s more like a health and fitness tracker plus a mental health + self-care type tracker as well? I would just love to be able to track everything as well as journal so that this would be the one app that I use alone. ☺️ Keep up the good work! This is an app that I use every single day and love!

I like how it breaks down the things you want it to track into more detail, the water consumption part, and gives you a energy rating based off your sleep and activity

I love GrowPal genuinely I never write reviews, but the only thing is please make it so you can add custom goals. Literally everything about GrowPal itches my brain and I LOVE it. I just wanna add extra goals that aren’t fitness related like reading. :))))

I actually bought the pro version because I have been loving GrowPal, and it's really done a lot to motivate me to drink water and improve my overall activity level! 😊 One suggestion, it would be nice if we could add friends so we can encourage each other!

This is an amazing app. It is able to read data from my watch/phone and summarise it. I can see the activities I was doing and in a really lovely way. Also, this is really fun to complete the challenges and win badges. GrowPal is fun and even bit additive. Worth to try it.

Coming from Fitbit I was looking for an all inclusive app that allow you to track steps, water, calories, and body metrics. GrowPal is incredible. Well designed. I do think the sleep score is a bit too forgiving.

I downloaded Grow as a fun little way to animate my weight loss because I REALLY didn’t want to calorie track. I accepted it would take longer and my weight may fluctuate a little, and thought this would at least make it fun. Next thing I know, my AuAD self is beating challenges, getting more sleep, and taking more steps. I am definitely planning to buy the lifetime version.

这个app刚出就下载了，试了两天就删掉了，主要是因为订阅贵。
最近在减肥，先是买了keep会员，偶然在推发现有人发grow的截图就下回来了，立刻就解锁了终身订阅，今天是三月第一天我完成了我设置的目标，希望能坚持下去，坚持一个月也就值回内购费用了！

ps：希望后期还能增加功能，毕竟这么贵的订阅费用了哈哈哈哈不倒闭用到自己倒闭

i think its an awesome app. i love the aesthetic of it. theres just a tiny itsy bitsy issue that my brain doesnt like. in the today screen, theres no space between the period before the word sedentary and the word keep. so it looks like this: "SEDENTARY.Keep moving,"
not a big deal but i just find it a little annoying😊
