It’s all messed up. It works but only after many attempts. Get ready to waste your time making it work. The “double click” on floating mode doesn’t work. You have to open Teleprompter again, and start over. Sometimes it doesn't even respond to “pause” or “play” properly. The speed is messed up sometimes as well. Out of nowhere in the middle of the recoding, it simply speeds up… and you have to stop recording, open Teleprompter , start over… it’s a freaking headache. And I paid for it. The saddest part. I can’t under why they don’t fix all the bugs.

Teleprompter was completely utterly useless. Don’t waste your time in Teleprompter.

Teleprompter is not worth the paid version, it’s extremely bugging, not intuitive and makes filming harder with constantly have to adjust. The pausing of the script, playing and stopping is horrible . The only feature that is cool is that is has the floating button to work with other apps, however it doesn’t work well with all of the other hiccups. I had to retake a scene 6 times just to get the script to work properly. I definitely wouldn’t suggest the paid version.

When I entered by text the words were upside down or in a hieroglyphic text style. Very weired.

No place to download video
No place to change subscription. Tried canceling my free trial before it charged me but no place for that. Sent a message so hopefully I’ll hear back but honestly do not want to spend money on this.

the vertical control has changed and it is no longer possible to record horizontal videos using the cell phone camera , I recorded a 15 minute video and the application did not save it , I wasted my time with Teleprompter.

This is the buggiest app I’ve seen as a tech professional. Nothing works the way it’s intended and by the time you have some familiarity with its “quirks” your free tries are up and it’s useless. (You can watch an add for another try but your script will start half way through) save your time and money. Don’t bother

The floating can not be operated with iphone14 Pro Max! The floating window is not staying on other apps!

As a professional software test engineer, i understand some bugs will slip through the cracks. However, Teleprompter has way too many of them. Unfortunately, I can’t use Teleprompter without being so frustrated that I need a break from my project — which obviously is a problem if you value speed and productivity.

If Teleprompter worked, I’d be willing to pay an annual subscription. Instead, I’m have to find another app.

It’s like the speed numbers don’t mean anything. Speed doesn’t change when trying to adjust, then jumps significantly. Frustrating and waste of time every time I use it.

When I try and use the floating notes feature under to get the this app to start it says to "double click". But when I do it shrinks the size of the floating note which is first because I need to be a bigger size in order to record my video properly. There's no way the 4.7 star rating is real.

When I first downloaded I could see numerous instructions. I watched the first two and went to try them. I’ve been unable to get back to the instructions. So far this is a real pain.

The idea is amazing but it is almost not usable because the bubble doesn't react to my taps. I cannot pause it when it is in bubble mode by tapping or double tapping or anything. So then I need to open Teleprompter , scroll it back and start everything again, and even in the full screen app the pause works in a weird way. I just canceled my subscription but will be happy to renew if you fix this.

I really am trying to like this product but it’s so unstable! I am at speed 27 bc it’s going to fast- take it down to speed 26 and it’s crawling it’s so slow. I use the remote on my watch to pause and play but that is super sensitive and follows commands sometimes and other times it’s doesn’t. AND I paid for Teleprompter!

I can’t figure out how to make it horizontal. It’s not user friendly so I haven’t been able to use it yet.

I love much of this software. But a few things I don't like. The auto-scroll doesn't work on my desktop nor can I float the words directly under my laptop camera.

Teleprompter does not allow you to delete scripts no longer needed. Otherwise, it’s working well. Just wish there was a good tutorial on how to integrate with zoom or the like.

It’s one of the best out there, but it has its faults and one of its faults are that the speed I set changes after setting it often. So the speed will go too slow or too fast on the setting I didn’t put.

The this app lives up to its word - but I cannot get it to turn the right way in landscape mode on my phone - I want to use the cinematic video mode but this app will NOT go the right way.

Teleprompter 's floating window feature is its only competitive advantage, but it is let down by no replay controls. the AI voice recognition only works for 1 minute before text stops being transcribed.

Love Teleprompter , using it on my iPad Pro and also my Silicon & Intel Macs to narrate ScreenFlow videos. I noticed that when running on Mac the Edit button greys-out so Editing is disabled: so once I paste my text into a new Script I cannot ever change it. I can only Delete that Script. So on the Mac side, I must just do my narration Scripts in Apple Notes or something else, then paste them here when narrrating. Would be easier on Mac if I could edit the Scripts, like I can on my iPad Pro. Otherwise fantastice app!

PS iClouid Sync of Scripts would be a nice "fuiture" feature, for users like me using Teleprompter on Mac and iOS plactorm.

App is great but remote control is not smooth enough , how ever i love it and works great and i really appriciate if you add right to left text direction and choosing font feature.
