Despite selecting weather banner/temperature on lock screen, it doesn't appear except very sporadically. This problem began when I moved from Sandy Springs GA to Roswell GA. It's a feature I really like and miss 🤔.
App works except on iPad the radar opens then closes immediately. Why?
Greetings; For the past two weeks or so the app abruptly returns to Home Screen after the RADAR button is selected. This problem appears to affect only iPads; the phones display the map correctly. Thanks for listening
New phone. S23 Ultra. App says data error when trying to open. Uninstalled and reinstalled. All permissions allowed. "Were having trouble loading the app at this time".
When I go to try to use the Fox weather app. It keeps telling me data error and I reload the app and it still tells me data error.

The android app will not close. It flashes once and returns to the main screen. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and the same problem exists. Can you help? Thanks.
Recently the app has not updated the temperature or forecast for many hours ever day and night. I have this problem on my iPhone SE with latest OS, but no problem with my iPad, which updates fine. I am guessing this started when my iPhone OS was updated recently. Very frustrating as I use my weather app for many purposes. I like it better than other weather apps.
The app keeps getting stuck on the time I open it and does not progress throughout the day or night... I've had to delete and reload 3 times and nothing is working. I've rebooted my phone, still not working. The app is working on my apple watch but it is not the comprehensive app that is on my phone.

How do I get the app to refresh the Current weather and temperature all day long. It seems to get stuck in the morning and doesn’t update to the current condition when I switch back to the app later in the day
I have 2 apple watches Latest They both have Fox app. When I add a complication one watch will have a choice of a hour or daily forecast the other has a choice of Current conditions, there both paired to the same iPhone 13, Im trying to figure out how to get one watch to the hourly and daily fOrecast choices
