The voice

To be honest, I cannot get past the voices. They sound horrible. They are tinny and echoey. I’m very attuned to sound and I’m turned off immediately because of the voices. That may sound superficial but there’s no way I can relax if the voices sound so bad. I also notice that all the voices sound ultra Caucasian. I’m Caucasian but not everybody is. It’s offputting to me that there are no options other than that. I could deal with some of the voices if they did not sound echoey and tinny. Super poor quality. If this can be fixed, I will consider trying again.
Stuck in loading/typing mode

I purchased the app. I got through one exile checkin. Now no matter what i do, the app is stuck in loading mode or a permanent “Pepe typing.” Plus after using the app for less than 10 minutes, its asked me for feedback, to leave a review and to share the app 5 times. Dr Shwartz’s books are wonderful. I was hoping this app would be helpful. I don’t want to cancel my subscription or delete the app, but 🤷♂️
Confusing app

I am quite familiar with IFS. I’m just looking for an app to take me through sessions to deal with parts. This app seems to do everything but. I can meet parts, I can check in with parts, I can start trailheads, but I can’t seem to do work on parts. It’s got all sorts of options and special sessions but it doesn’t seem to have, How do I just deal with a part. I’ve tried four or five times and for the life of me have no idea how to get value out of this thing. Really disappointed.
