App doesn’t open, freezes on the title screen, doesn’t keep you logged in, schedule should be the first thing you see when it opens, screenshot warning message needs to be removed and it just reroutes you to the website on almost anything you click on.
DisneyCastLife has a long way to go before it can even be considered as decent. I’ll go back to using the website until DisneyCastLife is fixed and improved.

When I can get into DisneyCastLife it’s great, but every time I open it, I get the loading screen then nothing. I have to close DisneyCastLife and then reopen it to be given the sign in screen and even then if I switch back to DisneyCastLife while still having it open I’m made to sign in again. It feels like more work was put Into making the loading screen 50th anniversary appropriate. Again I love DisneyCastLife when it works it’s just a pain to get it to work.

Don’t use DisneyCastLife. It is more leverage for the Company in your life. If you try to screenshot a confirmation number (say, for an RDO request) on your phone a warning will pop up telling you that’s not permitted and tells you to delete the screenshot. It’s “Company Town” tactics. Stick to the web based version of the Hub if you must use your own device to access the digital presence of the Company.

It used to worked fine. Now that I switched to iPhone 13 ProMax, when I want to use it after I already logged in, I have to log back in again. It takes forever to login. It’s annoying!!! Please, fix it! Thank you!!!

I have re-downloaded DisneyCastLife a few times and since I got my iPhone 13 pro max, it doesn’t want to load. DisneyCastLife is great but can’t get into it anymore.

FINALLY!! It’s about time the HUB gets an actual app!

It does have quite a long buffer/loading time and it’s quicker to pull up my schedule on safari than wait for it to be done loading just to log in.

There is weird glitching between clicking on something and opening it like a browser. When this happens there is more glitching between typing things in and getting stuck zoomed in and zoomed out

Since the last update 2 weeks ago, DisneyCastLife will not show the sign in option. It stays on the cast life screen. In order to get DisneyCastLife to work you have to turn your phone off and reboot. I have uninstalled DisneyCastLife a few times and reinstall but that does not seem to fix the issue. When DisneyCastLife is 100% working it is a great app.

DisneyCastLife is looking great, but it undermines its own convenience, by making me reload DisneyCastLife just to get a “sign in” button.

Lose the fancy intro logo-sequence that slows down DisneyCastLife actually loading, and make it so I can sign in with biometrics.

I love DisneyCastLife once I’m in it, but it’s annoying having to try several times- every. Single. Time.

DisneyCastLife is fine. It would be nice to have the option to save your schedule directly into your phone calendar so you don’t have to open DisneyCastLife or the website every time you need to check it.

When I first installed DisneyCastLife it worked great! I now can’t get past the log in screen. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times with no luck. Hope that an update soon will fox some of the issues.

I love DisneyCastLife , it’s brilliant. But I keep getting bugged (haha) at the fact that I always open it, it stays in the navy screen and I have to completely close it and open it again so the sign in button appears. I would also like to be able to take screenshots without Edna Mode’s stern look telling me I did something wrong. I have short memory Edna, I just wanna have my schedule handy. Thank you.

Not sure if it’s just me, but I have to log in to DisneyCastLife every time I use it. If I’m going to have to log in anyway, I might as well just use The Hub. Also DisneyCastLife prevents you from taking screenshots of your schedule. It’s MY schedule, why can’t I save it? At least make a feature that syncs to your iPhone calendar.

They need to:
- Make login persistent, right now it works more like their in house apps with the login screen.
- native shift trade and pick up to schedule view
- the ability to add blue ID to wallet like you can for my mobile magic with annual pass and main entrance. States are already allowing drivers license to be added
- take away the nag screen when sharing screenshots of days of OUR OWN schedules

I hope this is brought up quickly and established with in an update. Not being able to trade through DisneyCastLife and having a pop up open instead? I know it’s something in the right direction, but hope for something to come.

I’m having the same issue with DisneyCastLife ,the blue circle just shows app but doesn’t change from there.I installed DisneyCastLife and I’m installed and she shows the same results.
I have the 13 pro and with my old iPhone 11 it didn’t have no issues with DisneyCastLife .

Easy access to scheduling, record card, paystubs, time off, and mobile-optimized favorites you have set. It has the Disney polish we've come to expect from apps used by guests and cast alike, such as My Disney Experience and Play Disney Parks, but also the apps we use on work devices such as Dclean or GSS. I look forward to seeing how Disney optimizes DisneyCastLife for quality of life improvements like push notifications from Transfer Genie or schedule changes (such as trade notifications) and heavier integration with My Disney Experience features such as using location services to display nearby discounts.

After a much needed update, DisneyCastLife will let Disney Cast Members access all TWDC features such as HR, payroll, shift calendar, Rostr, etc. The ONLY thing I will critique is the calendar lacking the necessary shift trade feature (which you’d have to do from a browser on your phone; i.e. Chrome, Safari)

In order to sign into your new phone, you must first sign out of your old phone and erase and refresh it so it doesn’t have any of your old data on or attached to it. After you’ve reset your old phone, wait a few minutes and then you will be able to sign into your new phone.

DisneyCastLife is garbage on an ipad. Doesn't follow screen rotation, completely ignores external keyboards, doesn't follow screen resolutions. better off sticking to using safari and going to the hub directly.

Does nothing I can’t do better in my desktop/laptop. No shift trade/exchange which is the primary use of the hub at home. Also interjected an obnoxious no screenshot pop up when i took a shot if my own schedule. Nope you can keep it, ill just use the laptop. Less big brother not more.

Would be a nice alternative to logging on the website if it didn’t constantly log me off DisneyCastLife . At this point using DisneyCastLife or going to open a web page have the same convenience.

Everything a cast member needs all in one! We all hate the hub and this is the easiest thing they’ve ever made for us!
