The app is getting stuck on the second "Please wait..." screen. Music plays in the background but the app never loads after that. We have restarted the iPad twice.

Close and restart the Math Makers app on iPhone
Update Math Makers app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Math Makers iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Math Makers on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Math Makers network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Math Makers not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Math Makers App
1. On android, goto Settings » Math Makers » click [Force Stop]

Update Math Makers to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Math Makers App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Math Makers » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Math Makers.

Fix Math Makers unable to contact server/ Math Makers internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Math Makers » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Math Makers » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Math Makers
