I purchased a 15 activations and the money has been deducted from my account but I’ve not received the activations and I used the restore purchase option but still didn’t receive it and the online support is also not of help to me,very bad

There’s something fishy about SMSVirtual. It never gave me a second number. But, continued to use up a lot of my data. Didn’t receive a telephone number, or anything!
But, after I deleted SMSVirtual , my phone started opening up apps that I didn’t turn on. I have never had that happen before!
Apple / App Store NEEDS TO DO A BETTER JOB OF PROTECTING ITS CUSTOMER BASE OF FRAUDULENT APPS!!! TO ME PERSONALLY, THEIR SCREENING PROCESS IS BLEAK!!!👎

App shows all various issues that could AND do arise. He took various numbers off the net and uses them for his App, which does not deliver. Spent the entire DAY trying to get numbers to work. Pls don’t waste your time as it’s VALUABLE and you can’t get it back.

After purchased the token I went to activate a number then SMSVirtual asked me to sign in in order to save a progress after sign in all my previous token gone and asked for solution no one care 🤝

So you have to keep buying numbers and if those won’t work they still won’t give you a refund. They’re nothing but thieves. They also threatened to call the police on me even though they are not refunding if anything goes wrong with the activation numbers on THEIR END!

SMSVirtual is an absolute disaster. I bought it specifically for Viber, only to be greeted with an error message because, apparently, my number is too landline-y for their tastes. Now, they're asking me to wait a whole 24 hours just to maybe, possibly, get a refund? I think not. I'd rather spend an hour on hold with my bank, listening to the world's most irritating muzak, than let these folks hold onto my money for a second longer than necessary. It's like they're saying, "Thanks for your purchase, now enjoy our exclusive waiting game!" No thanks, I'll pass on that thrill.

I love SMSVirtual it works perfectly, most of the time I purchased 5 activation codes and it worked perfectly so I then decided to buy the 15 activation codes then it charged me and I never received my activations, wish I could rate it higher.

I purchased the 5 and the 10 activation tokens and got my sms the first time. But when I try to log into SMSVirtual again to use them again SMSVirtual won’t respond after I login. I can’t even see how many tokens I have left anymore.

I’ve been waiting in an live chat for some time now and still haven’t been able to talk to an agent. I’ve also bought many credits to use on USA numbers just to find out that none of them work and I can’t even get refunded the amount of activations that haven’t worked.

I have been using SMSVirtual since last year and it’s working perfectly fine, but you guys started giving me locked telegram number when I tried to login it they will request for password 😪😪

After purchasing 10 activations, I activated the numbers, I copied the number and entered it in the sms verifier (google) it went through but no messages come out. I tried other sms verify services like this it worked. This must be some kind of bug feature about SMSVirtual and people complain about it. I don’t want my activation purchases to be a waste. Is there a way for you to fix this type of feature? If you could, I am very grateful. Thanks.

Originally I gave 1 star but after soome research I found out how to use it. It doesn't work all the time but you have to keep trying. Eventually is one of the only apps can work for this purpose.

SMSVirtual is the best I bought a WhatsApp number from them but the number was already registered with another phone I lied a complain to them through there live support and I was refunded so i could buy unregistered number I’m so happy thank you guys for your quick response

Mostly the numbers appear to be invalid or sometimes appear to be used already on the Sites we Provide to verify with.

So I was trying to log into my Venmo and my login was buggin, so I tried SMSVirtual. I made like 3 purchases for a total of like $4 and I got a phone number. It worked amazing, also I thought SMSVirtual was a scam but it’s not.

For some sites, you need to select the US, not US virtual. Some sites do not send SMS to virtual numbers

You will have to purchase activation credits. When you go to activate a number from your chosen location it says waiting for sms…
After 20 minutes it says no number found. Over and over. This is a scam app.
