SMSVirtual is an absolute disaster. I bought it specifically for Viber, only to be greeted with an error message because, apparently, my number is too landline-y for their tastes. It's like they're saying, "Thanks for your purchase, now enjoy our exclusive waiting game!" No thanks, I'll pass on that thrill.

After purchased the token I went to activate a number then SMSVirtual asked me to sign in in order to save a progress after sign in all my previous token gone and asked for solution no one care 🤝

So you have to keep buying numbers and if those won’t work they still won’t give you a refund. They’re nothing but thieves. They also threatened to call the police on me even though they are not refunding if anything goes wrong with the activation numbers on THEIR END!

There’s something fishy about SMSVirtual. It never gave me a second number. But, continued to use up a lot of my data. Didn’t receive a telephone number, or anything!

Apple / App Store NEEDS TO DO A BETTER JOB OF PROTECTING ITS CUSTOMER BASE OF FRAUDULENT APPS!!! TO ME PERSONALLY, THEIR SCREENING PROCESS IS BLEAK!!!👎

App shows all various issues that could AND do arise. He took various numbers off the net and uses them for his App, which does not deliver. Spent the entire DAY trying to get numbers to work. Pls don’t waste your time as it’s VALUABLE and you can’t get it back.

I purchased a 15 activations and the money has been deducted from my account but I’ve not received the activations and I used the restore purchase option but still didn’t receive it and the online support is also not of help to me,very bad

I’ve purchased tokens before and used them to activate a number but I’m currently trying to purchase tokens now and it keeps telling me your purchase could not be completed

I saw that there was 1000 phone numbers available for the Line application for Taiwan. However, after I purchased and clicked for access, it said there was no phone number available

I purchased the 5 and the 10 activation tokens and got my sms the first time. But when I try to log into SMSVirtual again to use them again SMSVirtual won’t respond after I login. I can’t even see how many tokens I have left anymore.

I love SMSVirtual it works perfectly, most of the time I purchased 5 activation codes and it worked perfectly so I then decided to buy the 15 activation codes then it charged me and I never received my activations, wish I could rate it higher.

I’ve been waiting in an live chat for some time now and still haven’t been able to talk to an agent. I’ve also bought many credits to use on USA numbers just to find out that none of them work and I can’t even get refunded the amount of activations that haven’t worked.

Originally I gave 1 star but after soome research I found out how to use it. It doesn't work all the time but you have to keep trying. Eventually is one of the only apps can work for this purpose.

I try to put 5 token into my account and I was charge on my iTunes but I can’t find it on my account, do the needful now

After purchasing 10 activations, I activated the numbers, I copied the number and entered it in the sms verifier (google) it went through but no messages come out. For some sites, you need to select the US, not US virtual. Some sites do not send SMS to virtual numbers

This is by far the best app I have used for receiving SMS messages. It has a wide selection of numbers and the support team is always there to help.

There is no canada number in any other, i think you should look into it. Thanks

Mostly the numbers appear to be invalid or sometimes appear to be used already on the Sites we Provide to verify with.

Great for travel when using an ESIM with data only, but requiring a local phone number to get apps like ride share apps etc.

You will have to purchase activation credits. When you go to activate a number from your chosen location it says waiting for sms…
After 20 minutes it says no number found. Over and over. This is a scam app.

Please can you guys or your team add more app number inside your app. I mean more site numbers like match, cash app and many more because the numbers which are available in your all so not many it will help if your team can add more numbers for other app’s verification

If double charged me and says the country I chose doesn’t have any numbers but it says 100 are available? Do not purchase or waste your money

It was a very disappointing experience and I hope you can refund my money which is not like I said it is not a refund but a refund of the activation fee but there is a real problem with your service which caused me to spend money for nothing
