Contact Goose Goose Duck Support

After this recent update a lot of my friends and myself have problems playing due to app crashes. I contacted support and received a confusing answer.

“To run the game properly, you would need to have 3 GB of RAM free and available. If your device lists 2 or 3 GB of RAM, it won't be enough to support the game.”

If there was a typo and 3 is suppose to be a 4. Not only would I need a new tablet, but even my kids. So, how much money would I need to spend just to play this game with my children? Not to mention my online friends who would need to do the same. We all just can’t use our phones all the time to play. AND a you bring this to us during an event. Thankfully there is not something anyone really wants to get. 🙄

I get technology moves on, but BUT you can still buy 3gb ram tablets and let’s be honest GGD is not that great of graphics to be needing more. I have other games with better graphics that doesn’t CRASH. I might be over looking it, but I see do not see a certain amount of ram needed for tablets or phones listed anywhere. I bet that is why ppl are leaving bad reviews bc they can’t play. They do not even know they can’t, before downloading.

Before I get into serious stuff, I love the graphics. The geese/ducks are so cute and derpy. The backgrounds and maps are also pleasing to look at too. There is one HUGE problem though: I can’t actually play Goose Goose Duck. Every time that I log into my account everything is perfectly perfect. Nothing is wrong with the Goose Goose Duck home screen. Now when I attempt to play an actual round, it will always kick me out. I’ve tried everything to try and fix this little glitch. I’ve updated my IPad. I’ve waited for an update to come out for Goose Goose Duck. I’ve alternated between different Wi-Fi s and nothing has changed. I loved watching streamers and YouTubers play this game, so please I would like to play it eventually.

This game definitely one of my favorite mobile games but I think that proximity chat being limited to private matches is pointless and doesn’t make much sense at all.
I really want to see the feature in public matches I think it would make the game much more fun. I honestly don’t think anything should be limited to private matches as it’s a waste to whatever you limit to private. Not many people do private matches.
