Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Aladin app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Aladin app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Aladin app on iPhone
Update Aladin app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Aladin iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Aladin on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Aladin network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Aladin not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Aladin app issues:

Force Stop the Aladin App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Aladin app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Aladin to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Aladin App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Aladin app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Aladin.

Fix Aladin unable to contact server/ Aladin internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Aladin » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Aladin » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Aladin on android.

Zobrazuje vybrané produkty a plní funkciu zjednodušeného prehliadača. Pred nahlásením chyby prosím skontrolujte stránku SHMÚ, ak sa informácia nezobrazuje korektne tam (výpadky radarov, modelu this app), nebude sa zobrazovať ani v rámci aplikácie.
