Been a member at EBC for ~20 years and the app rarely works at all. It’s on an infinite loader most of the time - so much so that I expect it not to work more often than I expect it to. The UX is awful. For example, it shows you as signed up for a class when you are on the waitlist. The app is inaccessible to the point that it breaks the law.

All the above can be persevered through when you have a great club to go to. Yet, as of the past month, ebc has massively gone downhill. It’s as if member services is seeing how many people they can shove in the club while decreasing quality drastically. The facilities simply don’t support the number of members they have. A lot of us kept the club going during covid and the great recession but now we are getting punished for our loyalty.

I’ve been a member for over a year and have to delete and reinstall this app on average once per week. It constantly fails to load class schedules and CAC reservations, fails to register for classes or book reservations, or just generally stops working. Right now it won’t even let me log in. The web browser unfortunately isn’t much better on mobile. Frustrating that such an expensive gym can’t make a functional app.

Now saying no classes available. The schedule doesn’t load a majority of the time. I often have to delete the app, turn my phone off and on then reinstall. That doesn’t even solve the problem sometimes. EBC needs to fix this app. When I contacted the club they told me there was notify could do and weren’t aware of other members with issues. This is clearly not the case.
