Great info no so good app

First off the information is astounding and really need this. The app on other hand is meh…..the only gripe is you can’t play this in the background, other words if you turn the screen off it’ll stop playing, so in order to keep listening you have keep your phone on which in return is draining battery. Im rating this an one star because I want you guys to see this and fix it and I’ll change it. Plz fix I love we love this app 😃
The app is terrible

Interface is terrible. And the functionality of this app needs a lot of work. Every time I try to watch a video it crashes. It feels like this app works whenever it wants to. Please consider revamping the app so that it is more user-friendly. it’s been over a year and there’s been zero updates to this app yet I pay monthly. I am seriously considering canceling my membership.

I am very frustrated with this app. Love the content. Don’t mind paying the price. But for that price I expect an app that works well. When I try to download a series of messages, the app quits. Even if some of those messages are downloaded, the app won’t let me get to them. It just shuts down. In order to get back into the app, I have to delete the app and reinstall it. I have a new phone with plenty of memory. My phone is not the problem. Something is wrong with the downloading. Myles Munroe was a man of excellence. This app does not honor his legacy.
