Would love to give this game a 5 stars but it has too many ads… like I get it’s free but the amount of ads to just try and enjoy gets so annoying I have only had it about 2 days but the amount of ads is ruining the fun of the game… candy crush, Manor Matters, Matchington just to name a few is free and they have ads but at least they allow you to play so many levels with out inputting an after every level or cutting your game short for another ad.. on top of the annoying ads you can’t just watch the ad to click out you have to close the game and then reload the game….

It’s really can be a fun and really great addictive game but with the amount of ads it’s more annoying then fun… hope this game can see yes ads is beneficial but an overwhelming amount just makes people not want to play….

I love doing puzzles. I love doing large puzzles. I understand that ads help you run your games. However I am extremely not fond of the way I have to watch NINE ads for a 630 piece puzzle. I am also VERY unhappy that your game takes over the sound in my phone despite having everything muted. I like to listen to music while doing my puzzles. Every time I open PuzzleVilla , it shuts my music off. Fine, I can restart it. But what I am having the biggest problem with is the fact that while I am putting my puzzles together, there is an ad on the side that IS PLAYING. I’m not saying it’s making noise. I’m saying that it is forcibly taking over the speaker on my phone. There is no reason this should be happening when the game is muted! Please fix this!!

This game is wonderful. Is has great background music, the puzzles are challenging but not hard you wanna quit. This game is so relaxing, it’s my favorite game to play before bed and first thing one the morning. I highly recommend this game to everyone! There are perfect puzzles for your kids and ones for you! Enjoy!

I loved this game. I thought it was super fun and the exact kind of house reno. game I’ve been looking for. And then I saw the second Christmas update and was super excited to see the other event that it said was being put up. I downloaded the update and went into PuzzleVilla , but the event is nowhere to be found. Just the one for the town square, which isn’t what was advertised in the latest update. What gives man? Where’s the event update you said there’d be? If it starts on a different day then start putting that in your update info. Because this is confusing and infuriating to deal with. Please, please, fix or explain what is going on with this.

The game is fun but considering they keep interrupting the games for 30+ second ads that cannot be skipped no matter what every 1-2 minutes of play time make it into a boring time wasting app.

Update: I ended up deleting the game because it became too unbearable with the ads. They only showed me ads that were 30+ seconds long and would freeze PuzzleVilla and when I started it again I would be shown another 30+ second ad as well as any time I used a bomb or another helpful tool it would immediately take me into another 30+ second ad even though I had watched one several seconds ago. This game is all about you watching ads and no fun game time. I’ll be leaving this review on other websites to warn of this. It needs taken down because it’s ridiculous!

This is a pretty good jigsaw game. I like that you get to choose how many puzzle pieces and the difficulty. I’ve only played the game for a couple of weeks but it does seem like earning the money to do the renovations is somewhat difficult just by playing puzzles. The four-star rating is because even though I purchased a no ads pack I am constantly bombarded with internal ads to buy their subscription. It’s annoying also that you can’t spin the bonus wheel without watching a video ad. So far it’s good enough that I’ll keep playing but I’d like to see the above corrected.

I love puzzles and I love decorating so, of course, I love this game. My only problem with it is that it freezes during almost every puzzle and randomly crashes, which is very frustrating. I’d just won a total of an hour and a half of free time and was trying to complete as many quests as possible during that time but, due to the issues with freezing and crashing, I only got 40 minutes of actual playing time. If these issues are resolved soon, I’ll change my rating to five stars. If they aren’t, I’ll have to delete it and move on to something else and that’s really a shame because the game itself is a lot of fun to play.

I was playing the game yesterday and had almost 300 game cash but today it showed I only had 2 then I finished a quest and got 20 game cash which most of it vanished and It showed I only had 8 now every time I play one puzzle and try to do another one a message pops up to buy cash and energy so then I have to log out and log back in so I can continue to do the puzzle. I hope you will fix these issues since I won the game cash it is no big deal if I lost it but had I bought it I would be very upset.

I have been enjoying this game, but I really would like the ability to play my own music. Even after turning the in-app sound/music options to off my Apple Music shuts down every time I enter PuzzleVilla . I have been able keep my Apple Music on with other apps and I guess it’s a setting that the devs have to enable with each app. I would like the ability to listen to my own music while doing puzzles.

move the add off the available pieces On the right side of my screen, there is a long strip of advertisements which block 1/3 of each puzzle piece so each puzzle piece have to be moved out to see the complete piece. Additionally, with a 12.9 iPad dividing the puzzle into 4 or 6 pieces is not necessary and aggravating. If you moved the pieces to the bottom of the screen, instead of running down the side, we could see more pieces. I only excepted this game because instead of silly candy games it had a puzzle.

I love playing this game just to do something relaxing but it’s really fun too. The only thing I don’t like is that it takes energy to play the puzzles. I hate games that do that and they only giving you a small amount unless you win endless energy from time to time. I rarely pay money for games and I refuse to do that with this one. If it gets too limited I’ll eventually delete it instead of spending money.

I love that the puzzle pieces are not cookie cutter shapes like most apps. I tend to search for shape attributes as well as colors. I also really like the pictures- my tastes run toward landscapes and landmarks. I also enjoy the daily quests.
What I don’t love is the number of ads (long ones) and the WEEKLY price of $7.99 for an ad-free subscription. I don’t mind paying for content I enjoy, but that’s more than $400 for a year. Far too much.

More than likely an ad lead me to this game. But I like puzzles so of course I downloaded the game. Well this game is full of ads. Spin the wheel there's an ad, there's a scrolling ad while working on the puzzle, and pop up ads during the bigger puzzles. To avoid the ads they want you to pay $7.99 a week! $7.99 a week! Wow! I'll probably just delete this game. Too many ads and that takes away from the enjoyment of completing puzzles.

I love the decoration aspect as well as the simplicity to how the puzzle placing actually works but the onslaught of ads is quite debilitating. I usually don’t mind ads as every unpaid app has them but when I go to hit the X upon being prompted to close it I’m always unable to immediately close it. Rather, I constantly pull up the page in PuzzleVilla store and have a hard time returning to your puzzle game. Unfortunately frustrating :(

I really love the gameplay. The puzzles are good, and it’s a nice way to decompress.

However, I noticed early that it can be laggy. Just can’t pick up the puzzle pieces, till the game catches up. I know this could be my iPad, but usually if I restart it, things straighten up. It didn’t with this game. Plus it just seized up and dumped me right out of PuzzleVilla twice in the two times I’ve played.

Honestly, though, it was already going to be deleted, because too many of the ads automatically opened PuzzleVilla Store. That is an absolute no-go for me. I can’t stand apps that automatically open other apps.

That plus the buggy, laggy, crashing = bye bye app. No matter how good the gameplay is. Sad, really. Oh well. Maybe I’ll check again in a couple months and see if they’ve fixed it.

I love this game and now you can get a subscription for $7.99 a week - which is almost $32 per month! Too much money for me 🙁 but I would get that subscription if it was 7.99 per month.
There are other jigsaw puzzle games I can download and everything is free.

I love puzzles and I love renovation games so this is literally the perfect game for me. It has crashed on occasion but nothing too crazy. It also sometimes shuts off apps I'm listening to. But overall a great game!

Edit: I'm removing a star because I was told I'd be able to listen to audio of other apps while playing by the end of last month but that hasn't happened yet.

The puzzles aren’t too difficult and the pictures are very pretty. The thing that I really don’t like is that to get the rewards the time it takes often takes longer than it does to complete most of the puzzles. I don’t use 99% of the rewards so I feel that I am wasting my time. I only hope for energy.

I love this game. I like to be able to decorate and earn rewards with games like homescapes, etc. But, I love the puzzles with this. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because energy runs out quickly and it takes awhile to earn it back. But, that’s the only issue I have. I’m just impatient lol. Otherwise, overall great game and concept.

I love puzzles and being able to earn items and decorate rooms adds to it. I do wish you could do an entire larger puzzle at once rather than having it broken into sections… but I’m getting used to it. Over all two thumbs up from me!

This is an awesome puzzle game. Great variety of puzzles to choose from, endearing characters and story and I like how it can be progressed through without having to buy anything with real money. However, the slowdown is HORRIFIC. It takes five seconds for the game to register my attempts to pick up a piece. It takes three seconds for the game to register I’ve placed the piece. It takes another three seconds for any motion around the board to take effect. I can only play it for a minute or two at a time before the slowdown becomes unbearable and I have to stop. It’s taken me a full month to finish a large size puzzle because of this. I don’t know if it’s the ads on the side eating up its memory or what, but this is an issue that’s made me sideline the game, which is sad because I was legitimately enjoying it. It’s a very good and actually very fair puzzle game. But I cannot deal with this slowdown

I was enjoying this game until the latest upgrade when it got buggy! Suddenly, I had 17 points and I couldn’t play a game to get more dollars without having to close down and reload. I was trying to do “15 games to get a bonus” and after 12, the game wasn’t even crediting games I had played . Also, when you’re close to a run … a certain # of games etc. and then the day turns over, you lose all credit for what you’ve already done. This is unfair! I often play in the evening and can’t get ahead. Otherwise, I like the story, the puzzles and the design of the game. I’m hoping by reloading the bugs will get fixed.

I was really enjoying the game so I paid for one of the upgrade packs so I could get rid of ads. That worked fine and I played for several more hours. Next day, all my progress had been reset, all of my rewards gone, and the ads are all back up. But they had no problem keeping the money I paid for it!! 😡

Update: they gave me coins and cash to re-buy the items I’d bought. Can’t use a vpn while playing the game apparently. Still a bit irritated, but I do really like the game itself.

Very glitchy game. I love it, but it is frustrating because of the many issues that are present. It crashes and closes quite often, after completing a puzzle the points or coins are often not given. When you open the game it gets stuck while loading. Many times you have to open the game several times to get it to play. When you scroll through the puzzles, it glitches so bad that you can never see all of them, it constantly skips backwards. As far as the variety of puzzles , they rely heavily on landscapes and places, which can be boring. However, the puzzles are quite beautiful. When the game is working correctly it’s fun. I’m a daily player and wish for more variety.

The story line is somewhat entertaining. It’s frustrating with all the ads, why do i have to watch 4 ads to do a 140 piece puzzle? Let me do the entire puzzle, don’t break it down into 4 different sections where I have to watch an add after completing each quarter of the puzzle. I get it you need the revenue, but that’s way over the top to have to watch an ad every 2-3 minutes. And… please fix the issue with some of the ads when they do play. Some of them flip upside down when done playing, and then I get stuck in a loop where i have to force quit and use energy again and hope I don’t get stuck in another loop.

I would love to rate this 5 star. The puzzles are great, the way they are broken up into sections, good. The story line and side quests are engaging. However. HOWEVER! I understand that to keep games free, there most likely will be ads, but COME ON! When every little puzzle section plays an ad, when a puzzle is interrupted in the middle to play yet another ad, and all of this on top of the extras you have to play an ad to get. Nope. I can’t afford the money it takes to buy an ad free gameplay or the time to waste on all the ads just to play without the extras. It saddens me to say, that as enjoyable as I know the puzzles to be, I will be removing this greedy game to be replaced by other games that don’t waste all of my time.

I found this game late late year (2022) and I enjoyed it!! The idea of a storyline but with actual jigsaw puzzles is so neat to me. It’s interesting and there are plenty of options to choose from. It’s easy as pie to get rewards in this game and it’s genuinely fun all the way round. However, sometimes it just will not load no matter the Internet connection. I have the hardest time saving data. Some of my work isn’t counted for towards my score. An example being, completing 13 of 15 puzzles in a quest but the game only registers 6 of the 13 that was completed. I love the game but the issues that come with it, not soo much…🥺

PuzzleVilla is a lot of fun. It’s a mixture of restyle in your home or should I say redecorating as you play JigsawPuzzleVilla to earn the money to buy the items you need in your decorating. The only problem I have so far. Is that I have to do some work and I’m sitting here just playing this game. It’s very addictive because you want to keep buying the pieces to make your room look just right. I would recommend this game to people who would like to redecorate rooms or even do the rooms for the fun of it.

Seems I am in a holding pattern, finished the concert hall and now I wait. That said, I love the puzzles and options and story! I would gladly pay for a subscription but 7.99 a week is too much for my blood. Still that said, I will play and patiently wait for the next adventure- I appreciate the quick response from the developers, still playing as I like puzzles. Wait I will, as I really like this one!

This was one of my favorite games to play when I needed to chill out and relax. I had worked my way up fairly far through the puzzles and rooms. This morning I updated the game, opened it and saw that I have lost all of my progress. I am now back to the very first room. Very disappointed.

I enjoyed playing this game with all the different puzzles. It was relaxing and enjoyable. The ads are there and you deal with them. But I have taken a stance and if you so me a sexual oriented ad, I immediately delete the ad. And unfortunately after playing this game for about a month one of these ads came up. I stopped the game and deleted it from my device. It’s sad that these ads come up and I wish that you could choose what is allowed or not.

I really enjoy the game and doing the puzzles but to many glitches and restarts, freezing up during ads (for like 12hrs) then trying to play and the ads are blocking my pieces so I can’t even play. I have reinstalled this to many times because of these problems hoping to find something else better.. sorry good product but to many issues

i realize they need some income but there are way too many ads and so i paid for membership to avoid ads and still getting ads. so another ad popped up saying 4.99 for ad free game. Even though i was already supposed to be ad free i went ahead and paid the 4.99. I am still getting ads over and above the videos between every game and every quest. The last one now asking for 9.99 to be ad free. The puzzles are nice and fun and so are the quests but the ads are deceptive and i wont pay again for them

Hi, I really love playing this game! It is fun and engaging and with that being said, I can not deal with how much it freezes/lags! I open it and start a puzzle and within a few minutes it will not let me move a puzzle piece to the board. I have to wait or get out of the game completely to be able to move a puzzle piece. I read many reviews and this has been an issue for awhile and the reason claimed for all the ads is to fix issues so why hasn't this issue been fixed? I don't have other apps open when I play this game, I have used my data and also Wi-Fi and it still freezes/lags. Regardless this issue has not been resolved and it's sad with all the reviews this game gets everyone has the same problems but nothing has been done to fix the issues to this game.

I immensely enjoyed playing this game until the screen started freezing. I have to shut down my iPad and restart it to unfreeze the game. This happens as many as three times a puzzle. The farther I progress, the more it is happening. Now it happens as many as three times per puzzle if I do puzzles with more than 70 pieces. The game is also losing my progress. I bought plants for the spa area. My parrot arrived and after I named it the game froze. When I restarted it my plants and parrot were gone and my money was at zero. The plants were more than 300 coins.

I love this puzzle game so much, but, when I watch a video for extra rewards, it freezes up almost every time. I don’t get the reward and I have to completely close PuzzleVilla and then get back into it in order to play another puzzle. This is very annoying and frustrating and I am going to find another puzzle to play if it isn’t fixed and uninstall this one. I have given it a while to see if it would work out but it keeps getting worse instead of better! Please fix the glitches!

If you like puzzles run away from this. 1. Graphics not appealing (furniture and paint/wall paper are horrible so you don’t get the satisfaction of creating something nice) and don’t get me started with the cat 2. It’s not user friendly. You get the puzzle in tiny sections (if you pick a size puzzle that would be challenging) and have to gain access to each section by completing the first one provided 3. You get the puzzle in distorted sections, blurry old graphics and you can’t zoom out to see the overall effect to understand what you’re creating 4. Seems to be outdated. Maybe twelve to fifteen years ago it was a good choice but now you should keep shopping.

I have just read the reviews and realized I was not the only one having lag problems and forced shutdowns. When I brought this to the customer service department I was told I didn’t have enough memory to play the game. I spent the next hour clearing up space on my device only to have the same issue. What the heck is going on? I really love the puzzles and want to continue playing but unless this issue is fixed I will be inclined to delete PuzzleVilla . I know I’m only one person and it won’t bother the company to lose one customer but it just the principle of the matter.

I absolutely love this game and how fun it is to do the puzzles. I have contacted customer service so many times about the same issue. Searching through the puzzles you get to a certain point and it kicks you out. You can never find that puzzle again. You try to search it kicks you off. Kicks you out during a puzzle. The stability of this game needs major improvement! I can even deal with the ads getting kicked out every two seconds is getting annoying. And what is up with all the food pictures out of billions of pictures to choose from why all the food and home decor? Please please step it up and I’ll return you to a five star rating. Just step it up.

And please for the love of all thing don’t keep telling us to use diffrent internet connects like you have been telling everyone. We have tried it all! It isn’t us! It’s the game!

I was always bored quickly with jigsaw puzzle games but not with this one. There’s an actual story line and it’s got me hooked! One small issue is that I can’t wait for the next update since I’ve gone through all the stories so far. Please update soon. Thanks! Recent update is causing freezing and shuts down. I read the reviews and don’t use VPN or anything that would cause this so don’t reply with you standard message that you used for so many others. This wasn’t happening before your last update. Please correct it so I can continue to play as I really like this game! Once corrected I’ll update my rating to 5 stars……….. 10/9 - Still freezing up and it’s now frustrating to try to play. I lowered to 3 stars. Please update and fix this. I love this game but can’t play it…….

It’s almost impossible to play with it constantly freezing on me! Not one other game I have does this and I haven’t even used half of my storage, so that’s not it. I also don’t have a vpn and I’ve tried both data and Wi-Fi. I also have no other apps running while I try to play. I read some of the reviews and this is obviously a problem within the game. It’s a shame that everyone is having this problem and it’s not getting fixed because it’s a great game. It’s challenging, but not too hard and it’s equally relaxing and enjoyable… or at least it could be if it gets fixed. I will definitely give it 5 stars if this problem is fixed. If not, I may have to delete it. ☹️

It’s really hard for me to find something I enjoy and will stick to. This game is PERFECT to keep challenging me with new and different puzzles to keep me interested, but also getting to design a little. It’s a great balance between relaxing, challenging and fun. I’ve never left a review before, but this is probably the only game on any phone that I’ve ever had that actually gets used constantly instead of deleted after a month.

Things I hope to see in the future:
1. To be able to rotate puzzle pieces to make it all the more challenging.
2. To be able to zoom in on a specified location of the puzzle without narrowing down the number of puzzle pieces that are available to me. I prefer doing the larger puzzles, but with a smaller screen, I wish I could zoom in to see them better.
