Where are my cards?

Every single card I had on TWDU are not showing and I have several missing from Slam. I really hope these cards are not lost forever, especially since I spent money on those apps to acquire some of them. I would not recommend Topps in the state that it’s in right now.

Non Scoring cards backs from Huddle were deleted and they didn’t have to be.

Skate is moving to Archives now that the license is ending. Found out that all Skate Non Scoring card backs are being left intact. But when Huddle was moved to Archives all card backs were replaced, including the Non Scoring cards. I keep asking why Non Scoring cards bscks from Huddle were deleted, while Skate Non Scoring won’t be. this app Customer Support doesn’t answer and closes my ticket each time. this app is the worst customer service ever!

And it doesn’t even work!

Like everyone else I was disappointed that this app took our money and then shut the apps down. Now, when I go into the archive, I can see the different collections but can’t click on any of them. So I can’t even go look at the cards in each collection.

this app, I don’t need your “sorry” reply that you post on every comment.

Can’t view favorites list

this app absolutly doesn’t care. They took money from customers who spent on Topps, then threw their collections into this disaster called Archives. Can’t even filter to view my favorites. Can’t even view my friends collection. They haven’t done anything since moving all collections into Topps. Guess since it makes No money, don’t do anything. this app is zero stars.

Can’t even log into this app

It’s a waste and makes me feel like I wasted my time with original apps. It seems that they lead me to believe like this would be an ongoing thing so I would spend money over time. Then pulled the rug out on certain apps. My investment in these apps wasn’t huge but if this ever happens with the others it would seem almost criminal. No need to respond. Thank you

Major Flaw

Besides the overall disappointment with losing the ability to use my hard earned collection as I see fit I have run into a major flaw with Topps.

I have different usernames on all this app apps. There is no way to switch between my archived accounts (currently SLAM and TWD) within Topps so if I would like to look at my other set I must completely delete Topps and reinstall then login to that set. This is poor design this app.

Horrible app!

Needs to be a way to sign in with a different email. Once you’re signed in, no way to change it. I must have used a different sign in method for the bunt and huddle apps, as my login for the archive shows my Bunt ID. I can’t find an option to log out so I can view my now worthless Huddle account. Also, now that I realize this is how this app may handle their other digital cards platforms, will never spend another dime in their stores.

Topps, your customers are suffering.

The YEARS of time and money your customers have dedicated to YOUR apps, only to not be able to trade cards amongst each other in archive, is OUTRAGEOUS. We have accepted the fact that our collections are sent to this graveyard. ALL WE ASK is to have the ABILITY to TRADE our archived cards. A high school student could have developed the software to do this by now, let alone a $1.3 BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY like yourself. You are sabotaging your own reputation. Do better this app.

This app set up is terrible

this app You need to allow those of us who participated in the apps ie… Hudl, Skate etc… but used a different ID based on the particular app we were playing the ability to log into archives using our alternate App ID.

The way you have this set up we need two separate devices to access our collections, this is ridiculous! Please correct this issue so that we can pick our appropriate app and log into archives under each apps ID that we used!

Shame on u Topps

Topps is where all your this app digital centralized cards & the money you used to buy them go to DIE. It’s the this app digital graveyard. Sorry to all you this app digital die-hard Huddle Football card collectors; this app won’t support your collection investment in the long-run. The digital cards you paid money to this app for are now view-only and completely worthless. So disappointed in this app for not supporting its digital products & customers. this app, WHY do you sell digital cards that your customers can NOT own, Trade or INTERACT with?

Topps doesn’t understand functionality

By far the worst website and app ever made. Do not use either absolute waste of time and energy. They’re literally the only company in the world that fails at this. Garbage is the only way to describe this app online services. Frustrating to the point when it finally worked, I decided not to order anything because if they wanted me to order something they wouldn’t make the process so infuriating. Hopefully Fanatics gets it right, this app definitely did not.

Offer Trading!!

I used use The Walking Dead this app app religiously. I understand that maybe they were losing profits by continuing to pay AMC for the rights to make new sets, especially since TWD isn’t as popular as it once was, but the least they could do for long-time paying customers is allow us to trade with each other. The graveyard description of Topps is a good way to say how it feels coming on here. Just looking at the cards I once acquired through trading and/or other means. It’s very sad, allowing trading might make it less depressing.

Do not spend money on any topps app

I do not recommend spending any money with any of this company’s apps. After witnessing how they handled huddle at the end and leading up to it the company has shown to their once loyal customers how terrible of a company they are. The worst I have ever dealt with in my life. Spent loads of money collecting and received as little updates possible to trick there customers into spending as much money as possible to the very end. And followed up with 0 customer support, no answers and I could go on and on. this app is a trash company. Will never use any of their other apps and will tell everyone I know not to waste there time on any of them as well.

Wish we could cross trade

It’s nice we can see our old collection but it’d be nicer to keep trading OR cross-trade through a unified platform like this. That would make it an even more incredible experience.

Cartel Graveyard Long Game Grifters

Ever since Disney VMK and FB The Sims game going under, all these collection apps just seemed like money making gimmicks to scam from the addicted. Even blockchain is no better than this when it comes to card collecting. You will own nothing but be happy lol. I don’t see why ppl waste money on digital crap they can’t own or resell. And the prices are insane. It’s more than a physical pack of cards but literally cost squat to make. I was addicted to the new gangster run this app but honestly, card collecting lost its appeal in the 90s. Wait until the create cards that can upgrade you Metaverse characters. U burn a card and the character gets a piece of that skill. But for now, I think someone should file suit against any company that sells you stuff you can’t own for insane prices. Now wth all that said. The other option will be they graveyard the old apps and when they create their own blockchain, it’ll all be under one app. So part of me is hopeful. But it looks like gangs are taking over everything

It eh

Please this app please add trading, I’ve been reading the reviews of others and yes absolutely I think this would be great, many people have spent their money on this game and have been very loyal, after Skate was sent to this so called graveyard I’ve checked it almost everyday sad because I can’t do anything with my cards except for stare at them. Please this app for me and the community allow trading in the digital archive

It’s something...

At least this app recognized that the plug couldn’t be pulled entirely without killing the digital card market. Their solution is an app that gives you access to your collection and nothing else.

All my cards are here. They can be searched and sorted (although not by favorites for some reason, even though cards can still be favorited). There is also an option to view all cards. Hilariously, my coins and diamonds also transferred.

There is no option to trade, acquire new cards, or view anyone else’s collection. There is no way to post messages or interact with other users at all.

In short, this app created an app to view your cards that will require minimal effort on their part to oversee and maintain.

Trades!!!!

I’m glad that we have a place to view all of our hard work. But there should be a method to trade still, as well. If think that if this app offered that, they would get back a lot of old players. Maybe also get them back into the active apps

Too many cards

I just want to say that I would love to have the option to just delete any cards that I do not want. The game is over and I don’t want all the cards in my archive. Or at least have the option to hide the ones we don’t like.

Add the others soon

I put a Five star review because I really like the this app cards apps but if yall could add all the other cards to Topps it would be great but if not totally fine
