Neon Road VPN Reviews

This is a SCAM. Do not download. It pops up on your phone as a virus alert from Apple. It says that you must get NeonRoadVPN immediately to prevent further damage to your phone and so forth.

There is NO virus. It’s just a ploy to charge you for a useless app that you don’t need.

I’m trying to uninstall NeonRoadVPN and cancel the subscription. If you have any suggestions how I can undo all of this, please let me know.

I was scared with a virus warning, downloaded app, got nervous, and then could not get rid of it - it froze my phone. After many fixes and a forced restart I was able to delete in my subscriptions setting. It gives you 3 days before charging a ridiculous amount of money. Submitted concern to Apple, where it supposedly originated. It should not even be offered in this store.

Its a big risk looking for un secured websites and apps i went into a mod menu and it was a virus apple said this was trusted so wish meh luck

2 Stars for the VPN not working and I have a paid version. Guess I will be canceling. This is for the IPhone 12 Pro Max as well.

Thank you for an amazing product. I have used this on my FireTV, iPhone and windows desktop. Great design and easy to setup. When I have had issues I always get online and get on a chat session with a tech and 98% of the time they have resolved the issue before I end the chat session.

Several months into Neon Road usually from iPad, also cell phone, less frequently with Windows or Linux.

I really can’t rate it as I have no idea why this came up on my I phone and why I had to purchase it to save my phone from malware

I’ve had Neon Road for a few months now and have not had any major issues. It provides a fast connection and is easy to use. NeonRoadVPN is intuitive and my favorite part is being able to choose the city or country that is hosting.

I am not a tech savvy person, but when I contacted their CS team, they were more than willing to troubleshoot issues for happy. I can safely say Im one happy customer

I have had Neon Road for a few years now and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a good VPN. I don’t understand all these negative comments.

Seems to work. Online support was prompt and was able to solve the subscription issues with my account. Will use it and see how it holds up.

I play games on my ios device. There are games such as clash royale and ufc which continue to disconnect due to low internet bandwidth. With Neon Road by my side I don't have to worry about disconnecting and losing my progress.

Tried the browser plugins for Neon Road and they did not work. Installed OpenVPN set up with Neon Road and it worked but could not stream. But NeonRoadVPN is working great and is far simpler. So 5 star for the iPad app. 1 star for the other methods.

I have read other reviews: don’t get fooled by this and pay 90 dollars. I have found nothing on a Trojan virus. I only give this 5 stars because at the top the 5 star reviews are seen first. Do not get this.

I used to have another VPN. I was stationed in Europe, so it helped me when I wanted to show my IP address like I was in the States. Anyway, this one is cheaper and still reliable. Now, I use it the other way around to connect to other countries.

i love Neon Road and highly recommend it. It works well and NeonRoadVPN runs flawlessly. It is safe and secure. My dedicated VPN has a kill switch and multiple other options, it’s easy to use and has a strong connection. It also is a great price.

I bought a lot a lifetime subscription. I had a couple issues in the beginning and actually talked to a live person that answered all my questions and helped me resolve all my issues. Great service. 5 stars all the way.

I have been with Neon Road for a few months now and I love the fact that it is very stable. I enjoyed looking at my iPhone and seeing that it has been running for, 28, 39, 40 hours without disconnecting. It is just a matter of time before they overrun other VPN companies in the market.

Was told I had virus, doesn’t tell you how much it cost. Was charged $90.

It took me to a site that looked like apple and said I had a virus but it was a scam
