Not convenient.

Frequently we have to delete and reinstall. Every time we have to move through app Store . Gtc feature removed. Previous suggestions not paid any heed.
Frequent updation.
Funds transfer back to Accounts is not being done on the same day.
Charges are at higher side as compared to other players in the market.

Bad Experience

I have updated KotakNeoStockMarketTrading and then not receiving OTP. Itโ€™s been 2 days I raised complaint but no response yet. This is a bad experience which is disappointing me. Moreover, there is no alternative to login. I feel if this is the case better to exit from Kotak Securities.

Students making the app

KotakNeoStockMarketTrading would vanish the otp entering prompt immediately after showing it. They fixed it. Now the prompt stays up without vanishing. But otp wonโ€™t come. Is this a bank app or a joke?

Worst broker ever experienced

It gltiches very often you wont be able to execute your trade and brokerage free plan is all gimick
It does not work as expected and. I personally think that giving 20rs brokerage is worth is the broker is trustworthy

Orders get rejected every single time

Donโ€™t use KotakNeoStockMarketTrading every order gets rejected buy or sell

Worst app

Nobody will care
Their portfolio folio tracker doesnโ€™t makes sense. Wrong data updated all the time.

Not working for NRI

Old KTC app has stopped working and the Kotak Neo app is not giving me an option to login being a NRI.

Very poor performance

No GTC orders. No alerts. Very poor app with basic functionalities missing. Trust me, you would rather pay some amount of commission instead of using KotakNeoStockMarketTrading.
