How to fix GIFTD app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GIFTD app on iPhone
Update GIFTD app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GIFTD iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GIFTD on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GIFTD network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix GIFTD not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GIFTD app issues:

Force Stop the GIFTD App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GIFTD app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GIFTD to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GIFTD App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GIFTD app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GIFTD.

Fix GIFTD unable to contact server/ GIFTD internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GIFTD » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got GIFTD » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GIFTD on android.
