Guided randomly work, no support

Things started off well. Then randomly the videos stopped working. When I contacted support they said it was something I did and the app was working fine. Well, that was not the case. The audio buttons all are turned on and I did not accidentally turn them off. I’m not an idiot. So their help was useless. Don’t waste your time or money purchasing the Pro membership. It’s not worth it as the Pro options just really aren’t all that great. The free stuff is better…when it works. Plus, it’s hard to understand one of the guides… I believe his name is DK. There’s probably better apps out there.

My 2nd try and it just doesn’t work for me. Not sure why. Maybe because I’m very hard of hearing and don’t hear speaker well.
