How to fix Crux app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Crux app on iPhone
Update Crux app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Crux iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Crux on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Crux network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Crux Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Crux not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Crux App
1. On android, goto Settings » Crux » click [Force Stop]

Update Crux to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Crux App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Crux » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Crux.

Fix Crux unable to contact server/ Crux internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Crux » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Crux » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Crux
