Never received order

Ordered our order for our business back in mid June of 2024. It is now about to be SEPTEMBER of 2024 and still HAVEN’T received our order. We both tried to get a hold of them. The person that ordered on her account completely just didn’t get back with her about the order or what happened. I tried to get in touch with them almost immediately got back with me UNTIL I told them the order number and they completely ghosted me. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the company. I have used them for years and never had a problem. It is ridiculous that we haven’t heard anything or just to receive a refund for the prints back! Our order was over a $100!
Heat Transfers

Absolutely horrible quality. I order quite a bit of these transfers a while back and followed all the instructions on how you’re supposed to apply her certain transfers and these did NOT work at all. They would hardly stick and them some would but half way peel off the shirt. My pressure on my heat press is fine as well and I tried different pressures with these transfers and nothing would work. I’ve ruined so many shirts of mine now and can’t sell them because of this. I was super excited for these to come in and once they did and I used them I was super bummed. Wont be buying again.
