Inventory Tracker Itemlist Reviews

I have no interest in having to log in to an app, especially a home inventory app. Immediate deletion.

Edit: Having now read the privacy policy, I’m really glad I never used InventoryTrackerItemlist ; it sends data to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google - not the most privacy-minded companies. Do you really want to open your home and everything you own to those data miners? No way!!

Downloaded believing I could unlock it for free by tapping on “ Golden Squirrel FREE” in the in-settings. Followed the directions only to get a message to try later, but later there was no “Golden Squirrel FREE” button for that option. Not needed enough to pay so was deleted.

Too much tracking for such a simple app, I was going to give it a try but they use Firebase basically feeding Google even more information about everyone. Hard pass for me.

First thing I did was set up the list of rooms in my house. Then I wanted to reorder the list in the sequence I had planned to go through them. Can’t do it. How simple would it have been to allow rooms to be dragged up or down in this list. But no. Okay, next step containers. Same issue. Then it went down hill from there. Think long and hard about what you want InventoryTrackerItemlist to do, then try to figure out if it does that. I doubt it will. 15 minutes with a graphical database you could create something far better and much more flexible.

The program seems to be fine. But to get the Free Pro Version, they need a payment option/credit card. I don’t want to leave that info. Oh well.

I do not particularly care for apps that restrict the special characters in a password, makes them less secure. So only 4 stars.

The barcode scanner is the only issue that I'm having with this, it doesn't find the barcode that's in frame and when it does it goes back and forth of letting me hit submit

Good for keeping track of your possessions, and great to have if you have any items stolen.

Author is responsive to comments, enhancements.

Very great simple app. It would be ideal to be able to share the location/room/container with another user like a roommate or living partner.

Hopefully this feature can be implemented. It would make it the perfect app!

I was really excited to try this out, but the fact that InventoryTrackerItemlist requires you to add a photo of every single container and item is a huge hurdle. The camera opening right in InventoryTrackerItemlist is very convenient and I do appreciate that, but I need there to be an option to skip that step. I was planning to use this more for organizational purposes than insurance ones, so it's honestly just unreasonable to have to take a picture of every writing utensil or miscellaneous charging cord that I have in my junk drawer, y'know? Really hoping this is addressed in an update 🤞

I love the concept of InventoryTrackerItemlist! I was so excited when I downloaded it, but I am very disappointed that you are FORCED to take or use a picture for every container. I would much prefer being able to give containers descriptive text names, such as “yellow box” and then have an OPTION to add a photo. As it is many of my entries are likely just going to have some random generic photo that doesn’t necessarily show the thing I’m describing. I think it’s very helpful to be able to add pictures of everything but requiring it makes adding containers and items tedious.

Very good software, I hope that the summarized price and value can be displayed in the list, that is, the price value is displayed behind the item, and then the total value is displayed in the lower right corner

Gonna give it 5 stars just because of that. I’ll give it a try and write a more informed review, but it will always have 5 stars because of free!

I've been looking for a home inventory program for a long time and a friend of mine told me about this one and after checking it out I asked that perhaps they could give a discount to a disabled veteran and the owner wrote me back and said he would be happy to accommodate me if I could submit something to verify my condition which I did this guy didn't need to do that he provided me with a great program easy to use well written and I just want to say thank you very very much

InventoryTrackerItemlist is fantastic when moving houses. Things get hectic and you forget to write stuff down. Now just take a picture and put it under the room and label the container it’s so so easy!

This is the greatest app, user friendly, well
Laid out, especially for an accurate inventory of all you important items.

In case of a fire, tornado, flood or any other event, you have everything to present to your insurance company. What a great find.

This is a good app if youre someone who misplaces things often or are someone whos very organized and wants a nice way to look at your things in an organized manner. One good thing about InventoryTrackerItemlist is that the camera opens up right in InventoryTrackerItemlist so you dont have to leave InventoryTrackerItemlist to take a picture. Feels very quick and snappy. Great app

I never write reviews until something really stands out and this is one of those inventory apps that does. Also, Support is on point when it comes to helping out with any issues.

Love InventoryTrackerItemlist - very powerful and must have for organizing your home inventory. InventoryTrackerItemlist is literally a life saving .

Update: Thanks for the sorting feature! Now if we could have 2 more things, InventoryTrackerItemlist would be a 6/5:
1. Sort manually organize items inside rooms and containers.
2. Change the default sorting option.

Quick feature request: Can we have a way to sort our items? At the moment it is locked to sorting by date added.

New review: InventoryTrackerItemlist is amazing! I had one issue with the battery/camera, but in the latest update this has been fixed! This developer is on it! Thanks for the fix!

Old review: I would definitely recommend InventoryTrackerItemlist, as it looks great, but keep an eye on your battery, as it drains much faster, as the camera is constantly in use. The performance is also not great, but asides from that it’s great!

It has all the functions you need to make a small or a big inventory.

I can’t say enough good things about the ItemList app! It’s so easy to use, and it keeps all my tasks and shopping organized in one spot. Sharing lists with others is a game changer, and the reminders help me stay on top of everything. Plus, it syncs perfectly across my devices. If you’re looking to make life a whoooooole lot easier, definitely download InventoryTrackerItemlist!
