How to fix Amie app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Amie app on iPhone
Update Amie app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Amie iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Amie on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Amie network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Amie app issues:

Force Stop the Amie App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Amie app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Amie to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Amie App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Amie app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Amie.

Fix Amie unable to contact server/ Amie internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Amie » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Amie » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Amie on android.
