The app is trash

PurplePlaylistPlayer constantly loses sound during any stream. It loads slowly and navigating PurplePlaylistPlayer is very frustrating. The sound is my biggest issue as it just drop out of nowhere and getting it back means having to exit out your stream and finding it again. Since the free version is too buggy and slow, there’s no way I’d waste any money on removing the ads. You’ll simply have a crappy version of an ad free app. Not worth the free version.

Bad Customer Service

I ordered a app and I'm still waiting they tell me i have to wait for that Update. It ready past 10 days and still getting PurplePlaylistPlayer

Worthless!!! Jumping through hoops to sign in. Tried for 2 hrs. Sent me codes that don’t work. Valid M3U codes don’t work. Trash!!!!!!!

Terrible

Cast does not work even after purchase.

Bugs

New app has bugs won’t load and I have the paid version

Unusable

On iPad it hangs at opening screen, on iPhone it plays an ad and then hangs
So much for update 3.0 and 3.1
Both seem to have broken what was a reasonably ok app

Ads Galore

The amount of ada makes PurplePlaylistPlayer completely useless. An add comes up every few minutes. Horrible.

Poorest user experience…

- You can’t sign in because somehow, PurplePlaylistPlayer is offline.
- On the tablet, there is only one view and if you do not have an external keyboard, you can’t type.

It’s Garbage

All it does is buffer constantly. I even paid for the premium upgrade and still does the same thing. Waste of time and money

Not worth downloading

Don’t waste your time with this slow app. It takes forever to load and the commercials are stupidly ridiculous.

Ad issue

They keep saying they fix the ad issue but they never do… you are in the middle of watching something and it just gets caught up in Ads all the time…. You have to force close PurplePlaylistPlayer and then try and find where you were again the movie. They should just drop ads all together until they fix this issue… it used to work fine without the ads

Won’t even work

After the last couple of updates, PurplePlaylistPlayer won’t even play any streams. The screen stays blank. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it multiple times. Don’t waste your time with PurplePlaylistPlayer.

Won’t work in landscape

Only works in portrait mode

Offline app

App has been down for 24+ hours now at least. No communication about what’s up or when it will be up.

Freezes constantly paid for premium won’t even cast

Constant buffers. Paid for premium won’t even cast to tv wouldn’t recommend app.

Few Bugs and Errors, But Operational App

Bugs/Errors:
- No landscape view. Im unable to browse through PurplePlaylistPlayer on my iPad through landscape mode. I have a keyboard-case attached to the iPad, its annoying to have to turn my head to pick something to watch. Once something is playing, it goes to landscape view which is okay. Just please fix this so that way people who always prefer landscape view could have more accessibility through PurplePlaylistPlayer .
- Issues with fast-forward/pausing/rewinding. Using any of these functions could bug out what you are watching, causing very long loading times that sometimes never load. A workaround for users in the meantime that also experience this could close out of what they are watching entirely and start it over and fast forward to where they left off (again, risk of coming across this bug again).
- Ads. Way to many ads. No way to get rid of ads either. Either remove the ads or make a way for the users to no longer view the ads (such as a possible iAP). Nobody likes ads, and PurplePlaylistPlayer has too many.

Other than these issues, PurplePlaylistPlayer is usable (depending on what service/server you use). Also, a GOOD internet connection makes PurplePlaylistPlayer’s experience all the better. If you are somewhere where internet connection is very poor, then don’t expect the best performance from PurplePlaylistPlayer (all though this is not PurplePlaylistPlayer developer’s fault, as this is a similar case for practically ALL apps nowadays).

3/5 stars. If all the issues above are resolved, then my rating will increase. For now, not bad, but it could be BETTER!

Stupid Scammer Calls

Every time I get a call and my video resumes I get no audio. I have to exit my video and restart it in order to get audio. Then another scammer calls and over and over.

Apple TV needs update

Not all series are playing and search button doesn’t bring up the results

Something wrong

You have suffer pop up ads when I try to watch a streaming service. Can you please fix it even if I have to pay two dollars extra for no ads I will.

Working great on my iPhone 11.

Latest version 3.2 working fine for me. Has some great features.
